I explained what was my visit purpose and they were able In the first 10 seconds I Was greeted by Jenn Lu ( sorry if I didn’t get the name right). I explained what was my visit purpose and they were able to take my Raptor in, without appointment. While I was waiting, Jenn Lu, explained me few interesting things about preventive maintenance in my unit. Didn’t felt like I was waiting bored. Visited to Show Room, coffee, few extra info... and time was pleasantly gone. Thank you Jenn Lu and thanks to the technician! Easy Friday! More

Very professional. I was just passing by the shop and decided to stop in to make and appointment for service on my F350 diesel. I was very pleased, when they said that t I was just passing by the shop and decided to stop in to make and appointment for service on my F350 diesel. I was very pleased, when they said that they can accommodate me right away. 2 hours later I get a call saying the truck was ready. Oil change and all the regular maintenance done. No hassle, friendly service. More
