I did not even finished explain the problem to a very proffesional Kelcey Williams, when she went to bring a mechanic(sorry forgot a name) to see the problem. He immediately took my truck to the shop to to checked the problem, In ashort our i was back on the road. I could not belived my truck was fixed right away before the Christmas Holiday. Make you initial expensive warranties and refusecancel They are very good at Sales and have the right words to sell you what you do not need. I liked the vehicle but was not intrested in all the unnecessar They are very good at Sales and have the right words to sell you what you do not need. I liked the vehicle but was not intrested in all the unnecessarry warranties thats come up to approximately 7000 $. I called them to help cancel the extra insurance they had made innitial. They couldnt help me or even point me in the right direction. Just enjoying the commision of selling me a services i do not need. The sales person who sold me the vehicle Said was good but then we finalise everything with the manager ciprian who has all the paper work to hook you into something yet he has no way to help you out once you get it. More

Great experience Had a recurring issue with my Explorer and got tired of taking it to my local dealer.
