When I went to Kentwood I was afraid that I was going to feel pressured to buy a truck and leave unhappy but I was lucky to have Bobby as a sale rep who helped me out pick out what works for my needs and took the time to explain everything to me. He did not make me feel pressured at all. He was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and gave me the time to think about my purchase.
