I bought my first vehicle at this dealership, a 2019 Sahara. First of all it took an entire day to get this done and once home I wasn't even provided with a copy of any warranty. Most Jeeps have corrosion and I was told this was normal and that the shop on site would be fixing it. After calling and email and not getting any response I finally went in and was provided with a goodwill warranty which I finally asked for in email so I had a record of it. All of my information was taken by the shop, photos as well. One day, after many more ignored called, somehow my information was lost, including photos - and the excuse I was given was that the shop was suddenly under new management so it was impossible to get it sorted out (apparently). I ended up moving back to the island and was asked by the manager in Kelowna to look for someone to do the work. I couldn't get anyone to do the work under the goodwill warranty. Finally I was told I could bring the vehicle to Kelowna and get it done. The new bodyshop worker took photos and prepared to do the job, I flew to visit family for the 3-4 weeks it would take. I get a text from the bodyshop worker that was expecting to do the work daying he needed approval. This was confusing. I ended up in circles with different numbers and finally picking up my Jeep without the work done and now answers or any solution. I lost $30,000 when trading my vehicle in. I'm a single mother of 3, I went in to this dealership to find a vehicle for my post construction cleaning business, one that would fit ladders but still would be a good family car my teen could learn to drive in and park pretty easily. I was sold a car for $60,000 after interest and fees that was not even worth that when I drove it off the lot. I trusted this dealership, I have many emails that are full of gaslighting, dishonestly, confusing information and upsetting excuses. I'm exhausted from advocating for so long and the loss has caused me and my girls extreme financial hardship. I would never recommend this place to anyone who doesn't have money to throw away. Maybe if you know them personally, they would be honest. Horrible first buying experience for myself. I've told everyone I know this story hoping other single parents or people just starting out in businesses etc, decent humans - won't have to experience this. Watch out for dealerships that refuse to be accountable. Transparency is everything to me. Many people tried to help me, it was the dealership that neglected to their part. I give it one star because the Jeep was a gem, and she deserved better. More

I want to say I just had a an amazing experience with Kelowna Chrysler, I was on my way to Kelowna from Calgary and I had a message on my truck that I needed to get to a dealer asap for a DEF service I c Kelowna Chrysler, I was on my way to Kelowna from Calgary and I had a message on my truck that I needed to get to a dealer asap for a DEF service I called Kelowna Chrysler 2:00pm and a Friday afternoon and they were able to get my in and get a Knock Sensor shipped in and had me back on the road the next day. Top notch service. Kudos to Steve and Monty, you guys are so professional and very concerned about getting me back on the road!! More

These guys sold me a $5000 one year warranty on a used car. If you know nothing about cars, I would suggest not buying anything from this place. I have never heard of any Canadian who bought a $5000 1 year warranty on any vehicle and I have lots of Canadian friends. More

I can go on and on about my great experiences the other day at this dealership. I accompanied my husband while buying a new car and the manager Jeff Jackson provided us with excellent service.
