Yesterday I got to drive my First Brand New Truck off the lot. The Service and experience was impeccable I am elated. I can’t thank everyone enough! Do not go here for service!!! I needed a simple fix under warranty, of course they find over 600.00 more of other work, so I get it all done no problem. I take my vehicle and notice an overheating sme under warranty, of course they find over 600.00 more of other work, so I get it all done no problem. I take my vehicle and notice an overheating smell and then later that Sunday my engine light comes on, and I loose all power if I hit 3000rpm. I take it back and it’s an oil pressure code. I leave the Jeep there for them to resolve the issue they created, I get a call that it’s all fixed. I start the Jeep and drive it 8 feet (still in their parking lot) and the engine light comes back on. I go into service they come out with code reader and it’s the same code!! (Oh and Steve says, “what did You do?” I then walk back into the service area where I am told, “well we resolved this issue already, so now the ticket is closed and to fix this we will have to open a new one and you will have to pay for the diagnostics to figure out what the issue is again.”……but it’s the same xxxx issue, same code, same everything and I drove it 8 feet!!!! I am then also told I won’t have a courtesy car and that myself, my hubby and my dog are stuck in Kelowna, and I start work in 25 mins on the Westside. At this point I am so done with this waste of time shop who didn’t fix anything after having my Jeep for days. I take my keys back and drive right to Okanagan Jeep, I am so done with Kelowna Chrysler. I have bought 2 Jeeps from them and definitely won’t be going back again for anything!!! More

The initial salesperson I had contacted was leaving the dealership to change careers, and he said he would get Colin to contact me. Booked a test drive well in advance as my wife wanted a specific used vehicle. confirmed prior to .Arrived to be told someone else was going to test drive the vehicle we would have to wait. went to get cof specific used vehicle. confirmed prior to .Arrived to be told someone else was going to test drive the vehicle we would have to wait. went to get coffee while we waited. short version is we were called awhile later to be told the couple that test drove were going to try to finance and they would be buying it. We were not requiring financing ,very out of integrity,no apology .My wife is extremely disappointed . More
