Customer Service falls far short of expectations Upon picking up my vehicle after waiting 4 weeks on a safety recall repair, I was shocked to see a fresh ding and scratches on the front fender, dirty Upon picking up my vehicle after waiting 4 weeks on a safety recall repair, I was shocked to see a fresh ding and scratches on the front fender, dirty work boot prints on the seat, and a check engine light o that wasn't on before. Great service from Jake Hartley I had a piece of trim on my Mazda CX3 break off. I dropped by the service centre. Jake Hartley found the part in stock and had it on my vehicle in l I had a piece of trim on my Mazda CX3 break off. I dropped by the service centre. Excellent Customer Service Keys for Mazda3 parked in the driveway, were left in pocket and brought to Florida, blocking our second car in the garage. The other set of keys no where to be found, so stuck without a vehicle. Called Mazda service, they explained car needed to be brought in to program the key and that they would take us in right away. I called Mazda’s roadside assistance and car was towed within an hour to the dealership and car in to service straight away. More
