Unprofessional When I first arrived I heard a service advisor talking to another employee about a previous customer in a negative fashion. Later I noticed that another employee was tossing packs of paperwork onto a desk where no service advisor was stationed. The paperwork was literally flung through the air and landed in a heap with the other previously thrown packs. When I saw my car was parked along the side of the building I wondered if my paperwork was in that ever growing stack. Sure enough I had to ask to be checked-out as everyone but one person was on lunch. I could have sat there for an extra 30 minutes waiting for someone to actually look in the disorganized pile of paperwork. The behavior I saw was highly unprofessional and I wonder about the leadership, or lack of, that the service department has. In fairness, the work I requested was done well and in the time stated. My husband had called into the dealership to just browse as we normally swap our vehicles every few years. Our last 4 vehicles were Dodge but after receiving a lousy trade in offer on our 2014 Dodge Ram against a new 2018 Dodge Ram he decided to check out Ford. Tyler was extremely polite and courteous and went out of his way to listen to our needs. He took the time to explain everything to us and answer our questions, we felt no pressure whatsoever to purchase. He took on board all of our concerns and gave us different options that could work for us. He was very patient and easy to deal with...took the time to listen and guided us through our unexpected purchase of a brand new 2018 F150 !! We ended up with a much higher trade in offer on our 2014 Ram and came away very happy and with an excellent vehicle. Would certainly recommend a visit to Ford. Sorry Dodge you lost out big time. Will certainly will return to Ford for our next purchase. More
