Bought a used 2021 F150 less than two month of ownership and they want to charge me $3300.00 to replace a faulty knock sensor. This is nuts the part is around $100 the rest is mostly labour. Horrible! Only open Monday - Friday 7:30 until 4:30 - no shuttle available. Only Ford dealership I know of that doesn't offer shuttle service. Told me that it Only open Monday - Friday 7:30 until 4:30 - no shuttle available. Only Ford dealership I know of that doesn't offer shuttle service. Told me that it would only take 1.5 hours. When I booked at another Ford dealership that offers a shuttle they told me they need the Bronco for the entire day and took the time to explain why. Ford really needs to take a good look at Kanata Ford and revamp this whole place! More

They made me feel great while they wanted me to purchase a vehicle. Lots of promises never kept. Very poor service after you purchase. They gave me false information about my service repair ( is it because I am a women?) different info given to the man with the exact same Bronco. My Bronco vibrates so bad, and they make jokes, enjoy the free back massage. If your service guy is off, they can’t help you, wait for him to get back from vacation I am told. Buyer beware! More
