Assessment of my car/finding a new vehicle On Friday September 13th, my vehicle had to be towed to Kamloops Kia. The service department got the car in fairly quickly and after being at the dealership for about an hour or so, they were let me know the problem. Unfortunately, I was going to need a new motor. The service department searched for a used engine and gave us a quote to have the engine installed. While waiting, we were speaking with Ashley (a sales associate) about the plan to purchase a Soul in the spring. Since our timeline was pushed up, we discussed coming back to test drive this week. We were on our way to Victoria when we broke down. Ashley was very helpful with information about the Soul, she was also very empathetic and helpful around the news and frustration I was experiencing with my car. Ashley and the service manager arranged a rental car for us and Ashley drove us up to pick it up. Everyone was kind and helpful. I am looking forward to picking up my new Kia Soul this week. More
