Very disappointed. Bought my car in June 2022. One request I insisted upon was to have an autostart. Car did not have one and was promised that they would install one. Bought my car in June 2022. That was done but I guess I should have been more specific and asked for one that works. First cold snap in Fort St John tried to use my starter and it did not work I called Brandon who sold me the car and he asked for me to check the battery I complied and charged the battery it still did not work. I left 2 separate text to Branden, which have been completely ignored, We had a conversation over not having a block heater in my vehicle, I was somewhat upset as this was not something I had even considered would be an issue, I admit I did not handle this very well in our conversation. I have rectified that issue and wanted Brandon to rectify the issue with my autostart. He told me it should be on warranty. I called my local dealer and they informed me they would need information on who installed it and the serial number. I texted Brandon with this request as I have no info on this. I gave him the dealership number so he could call them and give them this information. I have not heard from Brandon since. It is amazing to me that when he was selling me the car we were in contact almost on a daily basis until the sale was finalized. Now when there is an issue that I just want to see rectified response has been non existent. This is not only disappointing but very frustrating. I then went to the website and contacted the dealership with my issues. I guess management leads by example, because I have not received any response from them to date. Customer service is crucial to a business, but I have found this service deplorable, a simple fix to an auto start and communication does not seem to be too much to ask. Instead the dealership has made a very poor decision and has lost not only repeat business but any respect I have for them. Fantastic experience with Service Manager, Peter and Shop Foreman, Rob. My car need a computer part that was never going to show up because of supply chain issues. The person from the service department was very helpful, cordial and kind. He made me feel that my concern was valid, no blame game from this guy and yes look for him if you expect good service. Very poor customer service. It was a constant struggle to get anyone at the dealership to return my calls. The dealership called me at 6pm the day before I was suppose to pick u It was a constant struggle to get anyone at the dealership to return my calls. The dealership called me at 6pm the day before I was suppose to pick up my “new” vehicle and indicated the vehicle was waiting for a part. I was travelling over 7 hours to pick this vehicle up and found this to be unacceptable. Overall I dodged purchasing a vehicle that potentially was full of issues that were disclosed last minute. I recommend you stay clear of this dealership because of their poor communication and lack of overall customer service. More
