Quick, professional, and satisfying I had scheduled a test drive in a 2018 Hyundai Elantra for 10:30AM, July 19,2018. Arriving 15 minutes early, I decided to spend some time looking at t I had scheduled a test drive in a 2018 Hyundai Elantra for 10:30AM, July 19,2018. Arriving 15 minutes early, I decided to spend some time looking at the vehicles in the showroom. A sales representative was assigned to me right away, and a test drive was started. After the test drive was finished, we began to work on the details of the purchase. There was no pressure on me to 'close a deal', with the sales rep. and the sales manager processing the workings of the vehicle purchase. I traded in a 2008 Hyundai Entourage minivan on the Elantra, getting a bit less than expected, but I was satisfied with the arrangements made to conclude the deal. Overall, the sales rep., the sales manager, and the finance officer for Kamloops Hyundai conducted themselves in an efficient , professional manner. They were willing to answer any questions which I had, and carefully showed me all the documentation and sales forms regarding this purchase. One feature of this experience which I liked was there was none of the older practice of the sales rep. heading off to the sales manager's office, and returning with either the 'good news', or the 'bad news' More
