Excellent service and helpful staff Our car broke down on the highway and had to be towed from Merritt to Kamloops. Service was closed when we got there. Some of the sales staff helped us find a hotel as car rental places also closed. New finance manger Kaleena, her first day on job, gave us a ride to the hotel and a ride back in the morning. Hyundai arranged for a rental car shortly after we arrived in the morning and took our car in for service. They were not sure how long it would need to be in shop depending on availability of parts. Car was fixed and ready to be picked up 4 days later, looking very shiny and clean. We had been on the road and just on our way home when we broke down. Kyle took time to explain what had been done to the car. Everyone was very helpful and made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. The staff went above and beyond, we were very impressed. More
