misleading false advertising After looking online through many hours of car listings I decided on one particular Honda CRV at this dealership in Kamloops..i sent an email to get a After looking online through many hours of car listings I decided on one particular Honda CRV at this dealership in Kamloops..i sent an email to get a quote for my trade-in and got a phone call right away from the internet specialist there...so I cleared my schedule and setup a early morning appointment to get an appraisal and to test drive the car and do a deal while I was talking to the specialist.. I live around an hour and a half from Kamloops and took the time to go look at the vehicle. When I arrived I was greeted with a different salesman(Josh) than the specialist emailed to me. She said I would be met by one of the sales managers ..but that was fine that the sales managers didn't greet me Josh was very nice. We went out to the car and he opened it and I immediately looked and saw it didn't have the advertised sunroof or the leather seats or the heated seats..so of course I wasn't interested in the car if 3 of the important details on the car weren't on it..I have to wonder what else wasn't there once you drive it out of the lot..so anyways I was really disappointed about the time and the fuel costs to get there to look at a false advertising. I was offered nothing for my time to make my trip whole...so I am out time and fuel costs...I will be spreading the word about this dealerships conduct... More
