We have been buying our vehicles from Kamloops Ford Lincoln for almost 20 years and have always had a great experience! This particular time, my vehicle was flashing some error messages. I had an upcom Lincoln for almost 20 years and have always had a great experience! This particular time, my vehicle was flashing some error messages. I had an upcoming road trip for medical reasons, so I called the Service department to see if they could get me in. Wes was amazing! Even though they were booked solid, when I explained the situation and nature of my trip, Wes got me in ASAP so the techs could have a look at my SUV. Not only that, but he walked me through installing the Ford Pass app on my cell phone so they could check error messages remotely. In the end, my vehicle was fine and I was able to take my road trip!! Thank you, Wes and KFL, for going above and beyond for me so I could take my trip safely!! More

Went in to have a look at the new F150s. Matt Hatch made it very easy and was very informative. Ended up leaving my Dodge there and driving away in a new Ford. All the staff were very friend Matt Hatch made it very easy and was very informative. Ended up leaving my Dodge there and driving away in a new Ford. All the staff were very friendly especially Matt and Sidd. Sidd spent 10 minutes with me and got me all sorted out on all the trucks features. Had some accessories installed on my new F150 Tremor. The entire team in the service / parts department bent over backwards to ensure all went smoothly in as little time possible.
