Rachelle Besuyen in the service department was extremely polite and helpful. The only issue I had with my visit was because they had to have my vehicle for 2 days due to a recall I had to pay for my own re polite and helpful. The only issue I had with my visit was because they had to have my vehicle for 2 days due to a recall I had to pay for my own rental due to Ford not supplying courtesy vehicles. It was also agreed that Ford would pay for 1 day rental but I noticed I was charged for both days on my credit card. More
