After a very scary car accident, I had to purchase a new family vehicle. My anxiety was high with driving, and my wants in a vehicle were high. I went back to Kamloops Ford Lincoln because I appreciated the way Cole treated me and my family. He really wanted to help me find something that I felt comfortable driving and something that would fit our larger family needs. After finding my vehicle, Corey in the finance department took over to help us with a payment plan to fit our budget and also gave some great advise. We had another gentleman help me with all the technology of this new vehicle. A lot has changed with vehicles in the last 8 years and my 2015 vehicle did not have near as many options. Everyone at Ford was so nice and helpful. They have called to check in, to make sure everything is going good and that I don't have any questions about anything. (I'm assuming technology wise, lol) I recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to stop by Kamloops ford Lincoln and talk to Cole or one of the other many great sales people there.
