We have been buying our vehicles from Kamloops Ford Lincoln for almost 20 years and have always had a great experience! This particular time, my vehicle was flashing some error messages. I had an upcom Lincoln for almost 20 years and have always had a great experience! This particular time, my vehicle was flashing some error messages. I had an upcoming road trip for medical reasons, so I called the Service department to see if they could get me in. Wes was amazing! Even though they were booked solid, when I explained the situation and nature of my trip, Wes got me in ASAP so the techs could have a look at my SUV. Not only that, but he walked me through installing the Ford Pass app on my cell phone so they could check error messages remotely.
