Unfortunate experience Got a 100,000 ( before tax ) truck from jubilee, payed for there protection package . Undercoat was oversprayed on the doors , driveshaft, exhaust, bo Got a 100,000 ( before tax ) truck from jubilee, payed for there protection package . Undercoat was oversprayed on the doors , driveshaft, exhaust, body , shocks and coverage, I could have done a better job with a spray paint. Payed to have fender flares painted and could see through the paint . Didn’t do have the 3m I ordered. So took it back to have fixed. After two weeks went to pick up and nothing was fixed Just added 3m. Talked to Gm after that then they took it to alloy to do it properly instead of the hacks they subbed it out to . Another two weeks and paint was good , 3m was ok, didn’t fix the undercoat and when I asked they said they only take it to the guy that made a mess of it the first time. And hardware was loose and missing now as well. To months after taking buying truck it still is not done More

Brad the service advisor has an attitude and lied to my face saying oil breaks down in 6 months even if vehicle not driven. I have never seen an expire date on an oil jug on shelf yet. I will now trade vehicle off down the street and will never set foot in place again. Jared Bond was also no help and couldnt be honest either More
Very impressed. I recently bought a ford fiesta, that the warranty had run out on, and within a week I started to get transmission problems in the low gears. I contacted Jubilee and they checked for recalls and factory extended warranties. They were able to fix the problems with no charge. They even replaced failing parts not covered. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I can't be more pleased. More

Great service when I needed it the most I was in Saskatoon for work,since the weather was nice I opened my sunroof. When I got to my destination I was unable to close it. Was pretty worried as I had a 3 hour drive home that afternoon and had to leave fairly soon. I stopped at jubilee, where I hadn't bought the vehicle and Murray was able to fix it in 15 minutes for me right when I got there. They also sent me on my way without charging me. I was really impressed with how quickly they looked after me when they didn't have to at all. More
Service for a Tourist Had a problem with my 2009 Explorer involving unable to shut off engine and contacted Service Dept who suggested to come to dealership per Shop Forem Had a problem with my 2009 Explorer involving unable to shut off engine and contacted Service Dept who suggested to come to dealership per Shop Foreman. Drove about 40 minutes in and on arrival was immediately directed to Murray - Shop Foreman, who recalled phone call. He immediately diagnosed problem and concluded that Remote Start unit was problem. He had his Accessory shop review and they disconnected unit, and all systems returned to normal. Also Murray noted that Service Engine lite was on and with his electronic tool able to conclude that fuel nozzle inlet was dirty and corrected that problem. As I was enroute to returning to Winnipeg, we had a most enjoyable trip for which we would like to thank Murray for his excellent service and at No Charge More

Great customer service! I recently had a very positive service experience at Jubilee Ford. I felt the service advisor showed a great deal of care and concern for my vehicle's I recently had a very positive service experience at Jubilee Ford. I felt the service advisor showed a great deal of care and concern for my vehicle's service needs. He took detailed notes on my vehicle's condition and also asked me about my own observations of the issue. He informed me on the process of diagnosis and the approximate costs involved. As I left my vehicle for the day, Lucas called me to let me know updates as to how the process was going. The updates were great appreciated. The issue with my vehicle was diagnosed quickly and the repair was completed as soon as the parts were available. All problems were resolved. I felt the Ford Service Technician was very professional and efficient. He even took the time to explain what work was done and showed me the old parts which clearly needed to be replaced. I felt the customer service level I received was far above what I normally receive and I will continue to use Jubilee Ford Service for all my future service needs. Thank you Jubilee Ford! (Just to note, my vehicle is not a Ford so I had previously taken it to another dealership. After leaving my vehicle for over two days and being charged for over an hour of labour, the problem had not yet been diagnosed. I was told it would take more time to find the problem and a list of causes were given ranging from $500 to $2000. The vehicle's engine was left dirty with coolant and a technician never actually spoke with me. I felt like I was not given any respect as a customer. Felt I had simply wasted my time and money). More
