Quick service on short notice. I am required to store my car for winter. Contacted Johnston service desk and was told I could come in right away. They were friendly and very quick to service my vehicle. I want to thank them all for a great job done. Unfortunate service, price gouging, repeated visits, problem Overcharging for diagnostics, repeated visits to fix the same problem which never fully got fixed, and rookie errors resulting in 4 trips to the shop Overcharging for diagnostics, repeated visits to fix the same problem which never fully got fixed, and rookie errors resulting in 4 trips to the shop in 7 days left me completely unimpressed. This bad service finally came to a head to the point of my wife wanting a car from a different company. We are so elated to be gone from Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge. I would recommend you stay clear of this dealership's shop. Wish I could recommend an alternative, but the other Chrysler dealership's shop in the area had our GPS go "missing" during a routine maintenance appointment... More
I'd been searching for the right Jeep for several months. When I found the match online, I sent in an email that was quickly responded to by Frank Chrysler. I went in to inspect the vehicle that afte months. When I found the match online, I sent in an email that was quickly responded to by Frank Chrysler. I went in to inspect the vehicle that afternoon. I was greeted by a friendly man who wasn't afraid to remind me that I was in a rival town. Yes, living in Toronto makes Hamilton a rival, especially with my current status as an Argonaut. Although the vehicle was the right fit for a good price, it was more than I'd hoped to spend. Frank was open to some negotiating, but I was very indecisive. I put Frank and myself in a unique situation, too. I am an American citizen working in Canada. I am unwilling to change my residence. Also, my work permit expires at the beginning of 2015, making financing impossible. He offered many options to solve this unconventional circumstance. Frank allowed me to contact his personal number and would quickly respond to text messages and phone calls throughout the following days. After a couple visits and many phone calls and text messages, I pulled the trigger and bought the Jeep. I am very happy with the purchase. What's most outstanding about Frank is his continued willingness to respond to my inquiries even after the sale. Thanks Frank, for helping me through what could have been a much more difficult process. And another thank you to Kristen in services. She's a sweetheart. -Chad Kackert More
Very friendly sales, did what was needed to get the sale done! Unfortunately for me, the customer service ended there. My purchase was a 2010 Ford F150 with 37,000 km. Price was $2,000 less than anywhere el done! Unfortunately for me, the customer service ended there. My purchase was a 2010 Ford F150 with 37,000 km. Price was $2,000 less than anywhere else i looked. I now know why! The truck has been in the shop once for every one of the four weeks i have owned it. I was informed of the return policy hours before closing on the last day i was eligible. And the return only included trades for a dodge, of which i had no interest. Although Ford is to blame for the terrible engineering, the fact still remains that i purchased a defective vehicle with 37,000 km's from this lot. I was offered help in the way of me driving my vehicle from Cambridge to Hamilton, to have them bring it in to Ford for the warranty work. The bare minimum was offered to me, however, was something i could have done myself without spending the gas and time to drive to Hamilton. What i find most disturbing about this whole experience is, these vehicles are purchased by these dealers, and are gone over with a fine tooth comb. I would assume that these vehicles that are purchased have the necessary repairs done before resale. I am also going to assume that these problems did not develop over the couple of hundred km's i have owned it. My issues include problems with the slip yoke and clutch packs. Both of which have easy ways to temporarily hide these problems. To add one more pile on the pile, my car proof came back clean, but my first truck cleaning revealed otherwise, as there were dents in the rear bed from the bumper being pushed in. Something that you would notice only upon your home inspection. Oh, and the little stone chip i had repaired today topped it off! My wife and i are feeling beat up and bruised, naively thinking this vehicle would be taken back due to extenuating circumstances. It would be far easier for this dealership to take the vehicle back and fix it as needed, than for us to unjustly swallow the $30,000. It is too bad we live in a world in which integrity has left the building! Noteworthy, Ford is not having a success fixing the problem. This explains why Johnston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Fiat was happy to unload this unit. It was "priced to sell"! Sucks that it had to be at my expense! More

I recently purchased a vehicle through this dealership and was lucky enough to deal with a wonderful sales agent named Frank. It was an excellent experience. He listened to what our needs were. He did a fantastic job explaining the difference between the vehicles. He also explained the pros and cons from purchasing new vs used, saved us a lot of money that way! We didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. We have recommended this dealership to many family and friends and will be going back there for our next car purchase. More
