Price gouging, charging for services not performed and even leading me to believe my vehicle needed repairs that another dealership confirmed were false. Quoted $1400 for parts and labour not even needed! Knowing Alignment wasn't possible to perform on vehicle but still charged the 2 hour labour?? I am disgusted with the service you guys provide. Ripping off customers just to meet their sales goals. I ADVICE ANYONE TO AVOID THIS LOCATION ALL TOGETHER!!! ALL TRUST HAS BEEN LOST. More

EXCELLENT I only had my van for a few week and notice that there was marks on both front seat trim and I brought it to another dealer and was told that it was t I only had my van for a few week and notice that there was marks on both front seat trim and I brought it to another dealer and was told that it was there damage from the company that did the modification to the van since its was a modified wheel chair van and that Dodge will not warranty the parts but trim had nothing to do with the modification done to the van. So I brought it Johnston and they took pictures andI got a call back the next day saying that they will cover the parts and will call me when the parts come in. The next day they called saying that the parts where in and booked me in for an appointment. I drop off the van, got a drive to work and was called an hour late saying that my van was done. I will be bringing my van back and will recommend anyone to go there. Thank you and keep up the good work. More
