What a Great experience I had with Richard Shamoon and John Misener at John Bear in Hamilton. As we took the car (Cadillac SRX) out for a test drive he was able to answer all of our questions and tell us about features I had no ideal existed. The entire time we were dealing with Richard he made us feel like he was trying to get us the best car at the best deal. He did exactly that. I will definitely be recommending Richard to friends and family. Then over to John Misener for financing. John took his time and walked us thru every detail such as payment options, warranties, insurance and all that exciting stuff. John was also able to handle a last minute additional request (long range remote car starter) with no problems at all. Over the next few days before I picked up my Cadillac SRX I emailed John several times to make some changes and ask more questions I had thought of after we left. His responses were always quick and friendly, never made me feel like I was bothering him. What a team – would highly recommend these two. More
