I’m 47 and I just bought my first new vehicle. I found what I wanted and went in and put down a deposit and SIGNED the purchase agreement.Roughly two months later my truck arrived and when I went i I found what I wanted and went in and put down a deposit and SIGNED the purchase agreement.Roughly two months later my truck arrived and when I went in to finalize everything a new price was put in front of me,$2000 more.When I told them no way,I signed a purchase agreement for this truck I was told by the manager that I either pay the $2000 more or wait for another truck.The manager then said she would give me the tonneau cover for cost and throw in a $100 gas card.Not happy,I took that offer because I wasn’t waiting months for another one.When I picked the truck up I had to ask for the gas card.Got home and realized it was a $50 card.Went back in to get the other $50.Tried them at two places the following weekend and they didn’t work.I went in to let them know about this and from that point it was one month of texting my sales guy and getting the run around.Finally had enough and went in,obviously not in a good mood and they etransfered me the money.Next is the referral program they have.I gave all the information they needed and after that I text the name of my referral twice to the sales guy.She still has not received anything.She bought her Colorado six months prior.I just had my truck in for the first oil change and asked them to look at the rear end because of a knocking noise I was hearing.I was told it was dirt in my leaf springs.My truck is a trailboss with a two inch lift.I guess I’m not supposed to get it dirty.Anyways that interaction will be my last there.The thing that bothers me more the anything is that I paid $55,000 for my truck and I don’t trust a single person inside those doors.Sales or service.It became very evident to me with them not honouring the purchase agreement nor the referral program and the whole gas card thing that it’s all about money.Every penny with total disregard for customer service.My wife and I have bought so many used vehicles and nothing comes close to the John bear experience.If your an honest person and expect the same in return,this dealership is not for you.I will NEVER do business with them again. I'd love nothing more than to give the dealership a great review however only having done business with their service department, this review is strictly for the service department only.. I own a 2019 gm review however only having done business with their service department, this review is strictly for the service department only.. I own a 2019 gmc canyon diesel I bought brand new and being still a new truck I like to take very good care of it so I took it to this dealership the first time for its first oil change and of course being that I chose to wait for my vehicle and working in the automotive industry for years I knew it should take less then an hour for service. I wound up actually having to wait nearly 3 hours for service for a simple oil change. Obviously I wasn't happy so I was offered free oil change for future service. I was pleased. Next time, I asked my wife to bring my truck to the dealership because the A/C infotainment was malfunctioning but by the time she got to the dealership the next day with my truck it was no longer making these issues but I still wanted the system reviewed just because it's still a new truck. When my wife got to the dealership to drop off the truck (and I did make an appointment explaining the issues) the lady at the service desk had no idea why my wife was dropping off the truck nor did they have any info about why she was there. After explaining the issue again, the technician looked over the truck and as suspected didn't find the issue however the lady at the service desk said "If you learn to read the owners Manuel then it will teach you to use the system properly", offended my wife left there and called me and work telling me of the attitude by the service advisor. Naturally I was very angry and spoke to the service manager and was offered another free oil change in Lue of the attitude and poor customer service received. I accepted and that matter was resolved. The next and last time my vehicle was brought to the dealership. I asked my wife to drop it off and a ride will be provided so that she can still doing things she wanted to do. So I made an appointment to have my vehicle brought in for its routine oil change and knowing I needed new fuel filters (because it's a diesel) I spoke to the service manager asking if one of the oil changes owed to me can just be exchanged for having the fuel filters replaced and I'll pay the difference for the added costs and the manager agreed that because of previous service ive received and previous poor customer service that he is willing to accommodate this request. When my wife got to the dealership to drop my truck off then that's when everything changed telling me how I only had one free oil change available to me and nothing else will be done to my truck unless I agreed to pay full price for the fuel filters. I told the assistant manager on duty at the time I spoke to the manager of the service department about this service and with no documentation made of my truck he claimed he then refused the service all together. I asked him to call the service manager but of course was told he could not be reached and so I asked to go the the dealership manager and was told no. My wife standing right there next to the assistant manager over heard him talking to a colleague saying how all I was is free service and how he's not going to offer me "crap". I called back speaking to the assistant manager and started arguing with him telling him how I just need the filters done and I'll pay it right then and they can reimburse me later. He said the truck was already pulled out of the shop and not bringing it back in. One other MAJOR thing that really angered me is how they had my pregnant wife in tears and how a complete disregard for her had been made. She was supposed to only drop the vehicle off and that's when everything changed. To top it all off I made a special request for them NOT to was the vehicle Luke they always do after service and if my wife didn't speak up ad he was about to pull it into the wash bay then it was going to be washed. This dealership im sure is amazing on the sales side but when it comes to the service department then I highly recommend you avoid this dealership for your vehicle needs unless you've got a tremendous about of patience for disrespect. More

I purchased a 2017 Ford Edge from Rob Windsor. Have always been treated right and he made sure that he followed up with me regarding a couple of issues that I had with the vehicle. I been searching for a pickup for ,3 mos. Mr.Rob Windsor kept me on alert when a great deal came on the lot. After the 3rd or 4 th vehicles he called once again . Said Brad I have a great Truck for the price you were ok but this truck is beautiful. And he was right. I fell in love with it and new my wife would be on board. Lol. Brad what r u gonna do. Trash customer service. Truck was delivered missing a part and took 6 months to finally get the part on due to their terrible communication.
