Not what I was expecting Jim Wilson dealership in Orillia, didn’t meet my expectation of a reputable dealership. My salesman was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was lookin Jim Wilson dealership in Orillia, didn’t meet my expectation of a reputable dealership. My salesman was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was looking at and was a great help showing me the features and making My test drive feel like a tutorial for everything I needed to know. However, there was lack of knowledge with anything related to any of my warentee questions. The truck was on empty when I took it for a test drive so I only got to drive it for ten minutes, which didn’t give me time to find any flaws. I was told that the price was non negotiable because they would lose money on the sale if they changed the price or gave me any insentives such as winter tires. After agreeing to pay full price, the financial team did a good job of going over details and leaving nothing to hide. After picking up the truck and taking it home I realized there were dark splatter marks all over the headliner in the back of the truck, one of the compartments didn’t get cleaned and was full of crumbs and sunflower seeds and the overall “$200 detail package” looked like a 14yr child had wiped down the interior. A few days after owning the vehicle I noticed a coolant leak and a transmission cooler line leak. The service department didn’t catch these things upon certification which baffles me. There was also the beginning of a mouse nest under the engine cover and garbage (cap from a large jug) in the engine bay, on a truck that supposedly had a 250 point inspection. What a joke. The dealership fixed the rad and tranny line free of charge, and gave me a rental after sending many emails regarding getting a rental. Overall poor communication from the dealership and my salesman, waiting days at a time for a response on a solution. Will not buy a vehicle from here again if this is the services the dealership is performing. More

Great Experience I came in looking to upgrade into something better fit for Muskoka and adventure. I knew what I was looking for but I really knew nothing. Adam was fr I came in looking to upgrade into something better fit for Muskoka and adventure. I knew what I was looking for but I really knew nothing. Adam was friendly from the front door and started asking what I wanted. He added personal stories when explaining options which helped me better decide. We laughed, I learned & by the end I was over the moon with the Equinox that rolled up with my plates on it. It meant even more to me that he took me on a tour of the dealership & then through every button and knob inside the car. I was so nervous to get a new car but with all the laughs & knowledge Adam shared with us, I would come back or tell others to go in and work with him 100%. He even reached out to me today to see how my drive was home and into work with the new ride... top customer service! More
