There was a tight timeline and at the end of the day Paul stepped up and created a package that we could not resist. He also assisted after hours and kept us informed of what was going on which doesn't always happen. The other factor was the service department. With my previous truck the service department assisted correcting any problems that I had with the truck along with covering the costs in some cases. Sales is one part of a deal but customer service in the long run keeps customers. This was taken into consideration when making our final decision. Overall rating for Jim Wilson....above and beyond our expectations with no BS. More
