If you want to pay over 1000. 00 in “recommended” service stuff, bring your car to this dealership. I own a 2020 toyota with only 48K on it. I brought it in for an oil change and top up of vehicles, and they came to me with over 1000.00 in recommended services stuff. NO WAY. I had just had my breaks checked and they were in great shape, but this dealership suggested repairs just for the sake of making money. I’ll NEVER bring my car here again. Total CASH GRAB! More
Nothing but a hard time with the service manager Jared. He is not a good asset for this dealership. He lacks good customer service as he is defensive instead of listening to the customer complaint and would rather argue than try to understand and come up with a solution for the customer. And when you're at your wits end he will finally offer you something that gets you out of the building but be sure he will offer you a credit on your account but not put anything there. Next service will be another argument about the missing credit. Be careful when they try and sell you extra service that is not in the maintenance manual but rather a money grab. Do your homework before going in for service and be sure to continue complaining if there's an issue with your vehicle under warranty even though they say there's no issue with the part in question. Just a few tips if anyone decides to get service done at this location. This was a much better dealership in year 2021. I don't recommend this service center to anyone and I myself, friends and family will get work done elsewhere. Too stressed out from the last service to go back. More

Brought my car in for a free oil change and the service advisor came to let me know that my brakes and pads needed cleaning. I felt pressured into doing it. When I asked for the price of the service he did advisor came to let me know that my brakes and pads needed cleaning. I felt pressured into doing it. When I asked for the price of the service he didn't really say. I went to pick up the car and I was billed $250 for an half an hour of service to clean them up. Such a scam to charge that much. More
This has to be the worst dealership for customer service in Winnipeg. They consistently try to make you feel like they are doing you a favour to fix your vehicle, when in fact it’s a brand new car that woul in Winnipeg. They consistently try to make you feel like they are doing you a favour to fix your vehicle, when in fact it’s a brand new car that would never pass safety. My car was a few months old and my headlights were filling up with water. They told me that as a favour to me they would change them both so I wouldn’t have to deal with this again. How condescending is that and stupid. The Jim Patterson group suggest dangerous practices when doing repairs. When I had my vehicle in for 2 tires and rims repair because I hit a pot hole, the girl suggested that I should run 2 summer tires a donut spare and put a winter tire. How dangerous and illegal is that. They have technicians that know less about the Computor system in the car than I do. They have told me on 2 occasions that I should delete all blue tooth devices on my phone so that Toyota is first. Clearly they have no idea that all blue tooth devices are in alphabetical order and that my Bluetooth speaker at home has absolutely no bearing on my car computer. My steering wheel was peeling after a few months and again they said as a favour they would change it. How about you are going to change it as it is a brand new car and under warranty On at least 3 occasions I have called to speak to a manager and they have literally asked what I expect them to do. Wow. If you have to even think that question never mind ask it you are wry clearly in the wrong business. But then again the reputation that all car salesmen have for being shady and underhanded has clearly been because of this dealership. I owned a Dodge vehicle before this but after having an accident and it being written off and that car no longer being made I decided to do some research and Toyota was highly recommended. I have needed more repairs and parts replaced in the first year of owning this car than the 7 years I owned my dodge dart. I am coming up to 2 years in this car and it is definitely time to ditch this dealership and their horrid service and condescending approach. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND JIM PATTERSON COMPANIES OR TOYOTA TO MY WORST ENEMY. Shame on you for such a horrid place of business. They also go through more service writers because of their approval rating surveys. The first question asked is if you would recommend Toyota to anyone else. If you say no the service writer gets a fail. The service writer also tells you this so that they can at least get a higher rating and I assume not get in trouble and keep their job. You cannot give a fair reply on the service but that is exactly what Jim Patterson wants. This way they can always say our surveys show at least a 9 out of 10 for service. Again shame on you. You are a disgusting place of business to deal with. But you get a 10 out of 10 for your slimy practices. More
worst customer service ever… My son bought his Toyota Tacoma from Toyota almost 10 years ago and they were far less than helpful. He had a flat tire didn’t have the lug nut remover because he has had the Tacoma from Toyota almost 10 years ago and they were far less than helpful. He had a flat tire didn’t have the lug nut remover because he has had the vehicle for 10 years without this problem didn’t have the card that I guess he received with it, and when he approached the parts department, their solution was oh get it towed and then we will take them off and sell you for new ones not an offer of any other kind of help not an offer of looking up the record and seeing which one he got yes, there are 30 options, but he bought his vehicle directly from Toyota. Not even a Sorry was issued just that’s the way it is attitude. They wanted his business when he bought his truck 10 years ago but now they couldn’t even attempt to find out which one it was to say this service was lacking is an understatement by far.! More

Messaged interest in test driving a 2022 RAV4 2 times both times I was brushed off. Today I chatted with Jacob at the front desk, he was great, he took all my info and said someone would get back to me. both times I was brushed off. Purchased a '18 tundra from this dealership February of '22. In may I Brought the truck back in for an oil change that was purchased as part of a sales program to be told if i didn't have the certificate t '22. In may I Brought the truck back in for an oil change that was purchased as part of a sales program to be told if i didn't have the certificate they wouldn't honor it. Ended up paying full cost and getting a portion reduced. Same visit I get told I need an alignment (i've had this truck off their lot for 3 months?) Would this not be completed before selling the vehicle in the inspection portion or be stated it needs it? I see that the rims are scratched (2 rims) after the service and then explained to me that I couldn't prove it was done on their store site. Block heater was removed due to recall and ENSURED I would be contacted prior to winter coming in and it would be resolved... Feb 21, 2023 and still no resolution or contact. Air conditioner was not cooling during summer, found out from another service center it was open to the atmosphere and someone had been working on it previously... again, why was this not stated to me? Found out my wheel lock key was not included after I had a flat to repair. Contacted store to speak with service as to where this could be. Service staff immediately jump to explaining that its not their fault I didn't check if things where returned at time of service. While trying to ask what options I had of getting another key and trying to explain my lack of faith with this dealership. I had to continuously ask him to stop trying to defend something I already had dealt with to no avail months ago. I was told again they can't do anything and hung up on me. I called back and left a message for the service manager with no response. More
