Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We would love to assist your son, but unfortunately, we don’t keep physical files or hard copies of records past 7 years. Since he purchased the vehicle 10 years ago, the only way to assist him would be for him to bring the vehicle to us so we can see if we can match up the correct key for his locking wheel lock. Hopefully, you can find the key somewhere in the vehicle as he would have likely had to use it to have his tires rotated (maybe replaced), his brakes serviced or replaced, and he would have had to have used the wheel lock to remove the tires and rims.
