Their time estimates for service work aren't even close! Re Service Dept.--Cust Service Rep Abraham Lee (who is training in service after transferring from sales in the hope he’ll next enter management) is e Re Service Dept.--Cust Service Rep Abraham Lee (who is training in service after transferring from sales in the hope he’ll next enter management) is excellent. That said, this was only my second trip here for service. After the first, I waited a year before returning. Both were extremely disappointing. Each time work estimated to take 2 hours took much longer. The first time it was over 4 hours, and this time it was 3.25 hours. The excuse the first time was that the job was more complicated than expected even though it was something the Dealership told me in advance they do regularly. This time the excuse was they were short staffed. After upselling me on $100 of “premium” service add-ons that were not to add any additional time to the appointment, Mr. Lee did get me a discount of $40 as a concession for my wasted time. When I talked to the Fixed Ops Mgr, he said he’d like to keep my business but could not assure me this would not recur if I return. I originally bought my My Prius v new in 2012. It now has 145,000 km and has been serviced regularly at other Toyota dealerships except for the two times I’ve taken it to Pattison. In all those other services, the time estimates given have never been off by more than 15 minutes. Despite my fondness for Mr. Lee, I don’t plan to go back to Pattison Toyota because they don’t value customer time. More

I explained that I was looking for a good used Rav 4. Mo listened to my needs and a week later, he had found me a 2013 Rav 4, with low klms, which I absolutely love. I purchased her for a great price. I would highly recommend dealing with Mo, as he listens to a clients needs and goes out of his way to meet them. He is a 5 star Product Advisor. More
Noisy Lazy Toyota Sienna 2017 making noise from day 7 I bought a Toyota Sienna 2017 in October. We still pay for it as it is under a leasing. When I got the car it had already 240 km. happy with my new car I didn't pay attention to that and some other things. 7 days after getting the car, with the first cold weather of the year (Victoria, this means under 10 celcius degrees) I hear a noise coming from the rear right wheel. It is like a piece touching something, as it sounds with every turn of the wheel. At the beginning it was not to loud and just for 5 to 10 turns. As the weather becomes cooler and wet this is the day January 8th when it makes a louder noise for up to 40 times. I have brought the car to Toyota Service 5 times and they say that it is not a safety concern. The car works so no further actions to be taken. When you get a new car you don't expect that from anybody, but from Toyota even less, until now. It is extremely annoying to see your neighbors and coworkers looking at you as you leave from the place you are. Or giving the same explanation to anyone you bring into your car: "Toyota says that this disturbing noise is normal due to weather conditions". I think that the situation gives them a good idea of what Toyota is able to do. To make it less stressful I call my car the "Noisy Lazy Toyota", trying to pronounce it with kind of Japanese accent. Lean Manufacturing in Toyota, but nothing similar with the quality ensuring. Good luck and I don't recommend this service. More
