We met with Olaf on the day of their "One Day Sale". Olaf was fantastic. We were on a tight budget and so he didn't waste our time showing us cars we couldn't afford. He showed us around the lot and we saw a cute Mini Cooper which totally suited our needs. He let us take the car out for a spin by ourselves and when we returned we negotiated a fair price. He was very supportive and helped us get the best deal possible. He wasn't pushy and basically just wanted to know what our bottom line was and went to his manager to reach a fair deal. He is honest and very personable and a great asset to Toyota Victoria. More
