We recently bought a Nissan Quest from the Metro Lexus Toyota Victoria dealership. During the entire process, our salesman Steve (Boulay) went over and above to provide excellent customer service. He was straightforward and honest about the vehicle; no hokey pokey. When we bought the van, Steve gave us a 30-day verbal warranty that they’d stand behind the vehicle; if there was anything wrong, they’d sort it out. As it turned out, there was something minor that needed to be fixed and true to his word, they fixed it. Steve (the Manager) was also instrumental in sorting everything out. The car has been running beautifully ever since. Steve’s commitment to providing excellent customer service is exactly the kind of quality that will bring people back to both him and the dealership. Ferdie is a great Dealer! He was really friendly and nice. Best part he was easy to contact and was really flexible with my schedual. I did find that some of the other staff was kinda unwarming, it make nice. Best part he was easy to contact and was really flexible with my schedual. I was pretty happy with my car price, But I was even more happy to have it price reduced. I wish I knew that 2012 cars should have been cheaper then the price I was quoted.
