I went to Metro Toyota to look at a used truck that was advertized on there web site but it was sold when I arrived.Dealt with Steve Boulay and he managed to find me another used truck that was in my price advertized on there web site but it was sold when I arrived.Dealt with Steve Boulay and he managed to find me another used truck that was in my price range on the lot.Steve was great to deal with and is an assest to the used car sales department.There was no high pressure sales and was Steve had a very good product knowledge.I am extremely happy with my purchase of a 2009 Toyota Tacoma truck and would reccomend Steve and the used car sales team to anyone who is looking for a good used vehicle Keep up the great work Thanks Again Dave Carswell More

I came to Metro Lexus Toyota because I had bought my previous car there (2007 Prius) and was pleased with the service. This time I was fairly certain I was going to buy a Prius C. I was intending to 'm previous car there (2007 Prius) and was pleased with the service. This time I was fairly certain I was going to buy a Prius C. I was intending to 'most likely' sell my Prius on my own. I had set up a 'test drive' appointment 'on line'. It was made with Steve Wickware. I was a little 'put off' when I arrived and no one seemed aware of my appointment. Although Steve was not going to be my salesperson, he had agreed to see me. Therefore, I waited as Steve tried to arrange a salesperson to assist with my test drive. I was assigned Ferdie Roxas as my salesperson. The person most knowledgeable about the Prius C (Levi) was not available. Although Ferdie was very friendly and 'eager', his knowledge of the Prius C was quite limited. There were a few questions I asked, that I thought were 'simple' and he did not know the answers. This was important to me, as I was attempting to make a BIG purchasing decision. Luckily I heard the name 'Levi' and remembered she was the salesperson named as knowledgeable about Prius C's. I introduced myself, asked my questions about the Prius C and she easefully answered them. I so appreciated Levi's straight-forward and what I viewed as 'genuine' manner. After my test drive, I decided to consider the idea of trading in my Prius. Although I realize that this process is somewhat of a 'game'.....a back and forth process of offers/rejections/offers etc. I was happy that I had some knowledge about what my car was worth and what I was willing to pay in difference if I bought the 2012 Prius C. Although respectful and willing to 'bargain', I was a bit 'put off' by my salesperson eventually 'begging me' to take their 'almost' last offer. I would imagine this could have been quite intimidating for a lesser experienced car buyer. In the end, I was content with the deal we made and I chose to trade in my 2007 Prius. I would suggest/recommend that all Toyota salespeople be as knowledgeable as possible about the cars they are selling. If they do not feel knowledgeable about a particular vehicle, a more suitable salesperson should be matched with the potential buyer. In hindsight, I would have waited for Levi, the knowledgeable salesperson re Prius C's, to assist me with my test drive and purchase. I appreciated the follow up once I bought my car....both phone calls and e-mails, including a phone message by the sales manager. However, I was a little curious about the Ferdie's several requests to complete a satisfaction survey. I wondered why this seemed so very important to him. What a fantastic experience!!! My husband and I were researching hybrids and decided to start with Toyota. We figured that since the "Prius" had been around for some years, this would be the place to st researching hybrids and decided to start with Toyota. We figured that since the "Prius" had been around for some years, this would be the place to start and in all honesty, I'm glad we did. David Darveau met us on the lot and answered my husbands many many questions regarding every possible facet of hybrid technology and the combinations of vehicles and their packages. David had such patience and was a joy to deal with! David treated us with great integrity and spoke honestly and open to offer us the best solution and pricing for our needs as a family! He and the Toyota team (Steve Wickware and Murray Donais) didn't make us feel like we were just another sale but really took the time to make sure we were both looked after and happy! I would recommend David, the Toyota team and the Toyota brand to anyone of my friends and family. Thanks again everyone!!! More

We are a retired couple, who were looking for a replacement for a 20 year old Mazda that we bought new. We had not settled on Toyota but we did like the idea of a hybrid. We looked at Mazda, Honda replacement for a 20 year old Mazda that we bought new. We had not settled on Toyota but we did like the idea of a hybrid. We looked at Mazda, Honda and Toyota. Each of them had merits but we were leaning to the Camry Hybrid. We met Dave at Metro Lexus-Toyota and discussed a variety of options including recent used cars. On our second visit we went for a test drive with Dave in a Camry, and ended up buying one the same afternoon. Dave treated us very well, with thoughtfulness and friendly respect during demonstration of the vehicle as well as discussion of options and eventual negotiation of the sale. He also met with us when the car was delivered, and asked us to contact him if we had the slightest concern about anything after we took it home. We have bought a number of cars including several new ones over the years but this was the most pleasant, most satisfactory experience we have had. It was Dave's character that made the sale. More

We were unsure about the Prius C but in the end we were very happy we chose th and Levi sold us in a confident and caring fashion. She's a natural.
