Well I was there they tried to buy a vehicle off of used Victoria in front of me and then flip and sell it to me. The last straw was when they offered me $6000 for a $17000 vehicle. I know they have to make money, but that's not even in the ball park of the low end trade in value. My advice steer well clear of this dealership. More

My wife and I were on the market looking for a new sedan. After plenty of online searches and vehicle comparisons, we just had to look at what Lexus was offering. Once we arrived at the dealership, we began looking at the used inventory while working our way into the new models. Shortly after our arrival, Don Brister approached us to ask how we were making out and if there were any questions. We provided the usual response of "just looking" and were pleasantly surprised when we were actually provided plenty of space to look around the inventory without having someone breathing over our shoulders and making us feel uncomfortable. Don offered us coffee or beverage and extended an invite into the dealership when we were ready. Once we finished looking around the lot, we made our way into the dealership. Its a beautiful showroom that really expresses the quality and class which Lexus aims to achieve. Once inside, Don made us feel very comfortable and gave us answers to all the questions we had. We made multiple trips to the dealership before finally deciding on a vehicle and each time we arrived at Lexus the level of service provided was outstanding. Upon arriving and being welcomed back, we were always offered to take a vehicle for a test drive to ensure we understood the product completely. It definitely helped. Once we decided to go with the new ES 350, the rest of the process was a breeze. They really made us feel appreciated and clearly explained all the necessary details during each step. When the day came for us to pick up the vehicle, it had been all polished and shined up for us and was waiting in the middle of the showroom floor. Nice touch. One of the biggest irritations that I come across when vehicle shopping is the annoying salesman that never goes away. We didn’t experience any of that during our visits and it was definitely appreciated to be treated with respect rather than an idiot like we have at other dealerships. I can already feel the high level of quality and craftsmanship that goes into each vehicle and better understand the reputation that Lexus is known for. We are looking forward to years of worry free driving. Overall, it has been a great experience and we couldn’t be happier with our new ES 350 w/ Technology package. When the time comes for our service visits and eventually a new model, we will look forward to working with Metro Lexus. A big thank you to Don and the rest of the Lexus Team!! He was straightforward and honest about the vehicle; no hokey pokey. When we bought the van, Steve gave us a 30-day verbal warranty that they’d stand behind the vehicle; if there was anything wrong, they’d sort it out. As it turned out, there was something minor that needed to be fixed and true to his word, they fixed it. Steve (the Manager) was also instrumental in sorting everything out. The car has been running beautifully ever since. Steve’s commitment to providing excellent customer service is exactly the kind of quality that will bring people back to both him and the dealership.
