We were anticipating this to be a stressful process, where we would have to fend off pushy sales staff who were only concerned with making the largest sale, and having to be alert for hidden costs. This was the exact opposite experience we had at Jim Pattison Toyota thanks to Abe and Rikk. Abe's friendly and easy going manner was genuine as he let us take the lead on deciding what cars we wanted to look at, and his product knowledge was thorough. He truly listened to what we were looking for, offered unbiased insight to help inform our decision making, and was interested in getting to know us as people not simply customers. It felt like we were spending a fun day with a buddy going for a beautiful sunny drive on a route that Abe has planned to maximize the experiences of the car's performance. Rikk in the financial department made a typically arduous process of choosing warranty, insurance, and financing options low stress too. He also took the time to get to know us, and combined his extensive knowledge of how to protect our investment and maximize our savings with a good dose of humor. I was looking at a used vehicle that the lot had listed for $2000 more then it was posted online, the sal 0 stars would be a more accurate review. I was looking at a used vehicle that the lot had listed for $2000 more then it was posted online, the sales guy had no idea. Well I was there they tried to buy a vehicle off of used Victoria in front of me and then flip and sell it to me. The last straw was when they offered me $6000 for a $17000 vehicle. I know they have to make money, but that's not even in the ball park of the low end trade in value. My advice steer well clear of this dealership. More
