This was the exact opposite experience we had at Jim Pattison Toyota thanks to Abe and Rikk. Abe's friendly and easy going manner was genuine as he let us take the lead on deciding what cars we wanted to look at, and his product knowledge was thorough. He truly listened to what we were looking for, offered unbiased insight to help inform our decision making, and was interested in getting to know us as people not simply customers. It felt like we were spending a fun day with a buddy going for a beautiful sunny drive on a route that Abe has planned to maximize the experiences of the car's performance.
