Three Months after I bought my used Lexus, they treated me and my list of complaints like I was the boss and in complete control of the situation. The service Manager" Brian Carlson", addressed every item and in a friendly and courteous manner, even bought my lunch while I waited. I am 73 years old and have purchased several new and used cars from a variety of dealerships. I have had both good and bad experience's, but I have never had such good treatment from any business car or otherwise. Thank You Lexus and thank you BRIAN. More
Service I was directed to No. 6 when I brought my car in. Unfortunately, I did not notice the representative's name tag, however, when I returned he immediately gave me all the information as to what had been done and escorted me to the payment office. Just first class service and I am indeed grateful. I had spoken with Morris in the Parts Dept regarding the purchase of new tires and he too took the time to suggest and recommend what would be suitable. Two telephone conversations settled the choice. Again, someone who takes the time and effort to explain the details is to be commended. To both of these gentlemen, a sincere thank you. Great overall experience! Stoked on my new whip! Dan Stewart was my salesman, seem like a totally good down-to-earth guy. Definitely not a greasy cliché car salesman. I do believe he had my best interest at heart when we are looking at vehicles. I bought a 2016 Tacoma. Thing is sweeeeeeet! He gets 5 stars from me! Murray Donais was my finance manager. Good guy. He knew where I was coming from when we were discussing payments. He also let me choose the different types of insurances and coverages I could get to keep the prices down a little. So I'll give Murray 5 stars also. The only thing...... They didn't have my truck in charcoal so I took black. Now I love this thing, proud of my purchase wicked awesome.......just wish it was charcoal, oh but it did show up with running boards I didn't pay for and the agreed to put on a tanoe cover so that's pretty cool but still. I guess they sell quick so they were out of stock. For their inventory. I'm giving them a 4. So by the end of the day, it was a pretty awesome experience. My 1 NEW truck, and I freaking love it. More

He spent time with us answering all of our questions and went with us on our test drive. Since we were just at the looking stage, we thanked him and left. A few days later we called to see if the vehicle we were interested could be brought over to their lot. Matthew had it brought over within the hour and it turns out it was his day off! He met us there anyways even though he had other important obligations that day. We felt he went out of his way to accommodate us and make sure we were happy with our purchase. I would recommend Matthew Higgins to anyone looking for a new Toyota. He is sincere and very charming! More

Above and Beyond I totalled my Lexus over new years, and I was in the market for a new vehicle. Originally I was just browsing, and looking to see what my options were I totalled my Lexus over new years, and I was in the market for a new vehicle. Originally I was just browsing, and looking to see what my options were, and then came Ferdie. He went out of his way to show us cars that would be similar to my Lexus, and also cars that would be more practical for me. (Something 4 wheel drive). He let me take a Nissan Murano for a 24 hour test. I soon found out that an SUV wasn't the car I was looking for, instead I wanted something sportier. And so Ferdie found me a Nissan Altima. Ferdie went above and beyond, letting me test drive the Altima for four days, while I waited for ICBC to settle my claim. Ferdie was really friendly, and found me the perfect car, and gave exceptional service. You can tell that Ferdie really cares about his customers, and their needs. More

Abraham was our sales representative and we feel that he did a good job of answering questions, dealing with concerns and small after sales issues. He did a very good job of discussing vehicle options with us and verifying that our choice vehicle was suitable for our needs. We would recommend him to others. As usual with automobile dealerships, the price quoted wasn't the price that showed up while closing the deal with the financial guy. There were additional costs associated with "documentation" - should have been declared during the initial quote as it is a set value - and a non-mandatory fee associated with "wheel and rim repairs" that wasn't previously discussed and only identified has optional and removed after it was questioned. Buyer beware. We received excellent service from the insurance representative. Knowledgeable and efficient. More
A Slippery Dealer to Avoid I first visited this dealer last year and left furious. The salesman was eager to get us to his desk but made no effort to bargain. He presented us with the full sticker price and would not break apart the components. We tried to explore financing options. He presented a monthly rate based on the sticker price. When we asked if he could do better he left us for 15 minutes and then came back with a lower monthly price predicated on a higher down payment. The total was unchanged. This year I contacted the Internet Specialist through this dealer's web site. He would not provide me any details by email and insisted repeatedly that I had to visit the showroom. A colleague at work overheard my efforts and gave me the name of a salesman who I phoned. We discussed my needs and exchanged information in several calls over the course of a half-day. When we seemed to have reached an agreement I asked him to email me the details and price we had agreed on. His email did not specify the specific model and year and gave a different price than what we had discussed. I had been set on buying a Camry but I did not buy from them and would recommend that other buyers beware of their slippery sales techniques. More
