I felt badly for taking their time but every time we went they were happy to show the car to us. I even took it for 2 test drives and just sat in it a couple of times and never felt pressured. It took me 2 months to decide. What can I say, it is a lot of money to spend and I wanted to be sure. We went to many dealerships and test drove many crossovers, but to me, nothing had all the bells and whistles I wanted without the bells and whistles I couldn't afford. Great on gas and the space is awesome! My kids all fit in the back and don't feel crowded (they love the reclining feature). I have taken it where we needed the all-wheel drive, packed up a tonne of camping gear in the back, and was so thankful for the way it responded. It is sporty, acts sporty, and does all the practical things I need. My friends are used to hearing me say how much I love it and recommend it. More

The cheerful customer service representative said that we would get the final cost once the work was done. Naively, we trusted her and did not pursue the quote. Afterwards, we received a bill for $95. When we questioned the cost, we were told that we had received a roadside assistance package and that the labour costs in Victoria are the highest in the province due to Victoria being situated on an island. First, we did not ask for a special roadside assistance package as we have a BCAA membership, making additional roadside assistance redundant and we specifically requested just a basic oil and filter change. Second, subsequently we called three other Toyota dealerships to get quotes on an oil change (oil, filter, labour) and the prices varied between $47.95 to $50: the lowest price was at a dealership in Nanaimo - odd, that is on an island, too, isn't it?! The highest was from a dealership 14 hours north where typically expenses are higher because the "shipping costs are more expensive." The dealership in Victoria refused to acknowledge that the roadside assistance package was redundant and unasked for, thus refusing to reimburse us for a product that we did not ask to purchase and that we will not use. The customer service representative also repeatedly said that their prices might be a little more than other dealerships, but when did nearly doubling the figure become just a little bit more? A week later, at another Toyota dealership, the cost of an oil and filter change for our Tundra cost $85: since when does it cost less to put synthetic oil and a filter into a full size truck than it does into a compact car? Unless you enjoy paying exorbitant prices, this dealership is definitely one to avoid. More

The sales associate lacked knowledge about cars generally and when discussing the trade in value, the value was significantly lower and was not competitive to other dealerships I went to. It was concerning to hear "excuses" of the low value of my vehicles, even not seen in person, other dealerships were considerate and fair. It is unfortunate that as a returning customer, as well as future and continuing customer that they were not comparable to other dealerships. Also, the approach for email communications is scripted, and the constant calls are just inappropriate. I will not be returning specifically because of this experience and will not recommend this sales associate. More

Great shop and good staff. Make sure to ask for Abraham Lee when you are looking for a new vehicle. More

Service R.J.Robertson I am so impressed with the way I was treated at this Dealership, I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. Three Months after I bought my used Lexus, they treated me and my list of complaints like I was the boss and in complete control of the situation. The service Manager" Brian Carlson", addressed every item and in a friendly and courteous manner, even bought my lunch while I waited. I am 73 years old and have purchased several new and used cars from a variety of dealerships. I have had both good and bad experience's, but I have never had such good treatment from any business car or otherwise. Thank You Lexus and thank you BRIAN. More

Unfortunately, I did not notice the representative's name tag, however, when I returned he immediately gave me all the information as to what had been done and escorted me to the payment office. Just first class service and I am indeed grateful. I had spoken with Morris in the Parts Dept regarding the purchase of new tires and he too took the time to suggest and recommend what would be suitable. Two telephone conversations settled the choice. Again, someone who takes the time and effort to explain the details is to be commended. To both of these gentlemen, a sincere thank you. I do believe he had my best interest at heart when we are looking at vehicles. I bought a 2016 Tacoma. Thing is sweeeeeeet! He gets 5 stars from me! Murray Donais was my finance manager. Good guy. He knew where I was coming from when we were discussing payments. He also let me choose the different types of insurances and coverages I could get to keep the prices down a little. So I'll give Murray 5 stars also. The only thing...... They didn't have my truck in charcoal so I took black. Now I love this thing, proud of my purchase wicked awesome.......just wish it was charcoal, oh but it did show up with running boards I didn't pay for and the agreed to put on a tanoe cover so that's pretty cool but still. I guess they sell quick so they were out of stock. For their inventory. I'm giving them a 4. So by the end of the day, it was a pretty awesome experience. My 1 NEW truck, and I freaking love it. More
