Excellent service and a fair deal. Phil Chen did an awesome job getting us two fantastic cars. I highly recommend the 2016 RAV4 limited hybrid. Everyone there went out of their way to assist us even when Phil was off (Thanks Anthony Edwards). We got a fair trade on our 2012 Prius which made the deal a no brainer. Also want to thank Paul in parts for helping me with the roof crossbars for a last minute trip (which we're on now). One last thing, I've had many cars from many dealerships and had my share of problems but my wife and I have had 5 cars in 12 yrs from JP Toyota with zero issues! That's why we only buy Toyota. Great cars service poor and ridiculously expensive Asked for and received quote of $95.00 for oil and lube and inspection gave mileage. Arrived at dealer without quote and was given quote of $700.00 a Asked for and received quote of $95.00 for oil and lube and inspection gave mileage. Arrived at dealer without quote and was given quote of $700.00 advised that that was several times more than quote,they then said their included flushing of rad and transmission. Stated that lube and inspection would ONLY be $198 as I didn't have quote agreed and paid this amount. From the moment I mentioned the quote they wanted copy and name. I will not be providing this as its obvious that would cause the person a problem. I will however never return here for service unless I have no recourse.. Go ahead and buy the cars but service elsewhere More
