5 days in.....highly recommend the sporty little Scion im! He is kind and funny :-) and has a way of making everything move amazingly quickly and smoothly while listening to your needs and financial concerns. I have never owned a Toyota and am loving my new Scion more each time I go out in it . Excellent service and a fair deal. Phil Chen did an awesome job getting us two fantastic cars. I highly recommend the 2016 RAV4 limited hybrid. Also want to thank Paul in parts for helping me with the roof crossbars for a last minute trip (which we're on now). One last thing, I've had many cars from many dealerships and had my share of problems but my wife and I have had 5 cars in 12 yrs from JP Toyota with zero issues! That's why we only buy Toyota.
