Jim Pattison Toyota - Toyota Tacoma Upgrading I wasn't planning on purchasing a new Tacoma when I brought my vehicle into the dealership for servicing. I was happy with my current 2013 Tacoma SR5; I wasn't planning on purchasing a new Tacoma when I brought my vehicle into the dealership for servicing. I was happy with my current 2013 Tacoma SR5; however, I often thought, if I were to redo the past, I would have purchased a Toyota TRD instead. Abraham Lee was very helpful in the deal. I found him to be genuine, to be honest, and he worked hard to make the sale work on both ends. After the paper work had been signed, Abraham followed-up to ensure that I was happy with the new purchase. At that time, there were a few cosmetic hiccups with the vehicle that I had discovered (showroom floor model); and although these findings were personally frustrating, I did find the Dealership Team and especially Abraham, worked to make things right at their expense. I would definitely recommend seeing Abraham Lee when purchasing a vehicle from Jim Pattison Toyota - he goes the extra mile, and works hard on behalf of his customers, even after the deal has closed. Zander Smith structured the deal on my SR5 2013 trade-in and my 2015 TRD purchase. He gave me top dollar on my trade-in, and valuable incentives for the 2015 purchase. When the dust settled, the cost of the upgrade to the 2015 TRD model, amounted to the difference between the two models and some tax (i.e. I got a newer truck for free). No cat and mouse games, he offered a strong deal out of the gates. Furthermore, after the sale, he signed-off on items to ensure minimal inconvenience while my new vehicle was being serviced; i.e. cab chits, free fuel fill-up. In sum, I would purchase another vehicle from the Jim Pattison Toyota Dealership, I would recommend this dealership to others, and I would be pleased to deal with Abraham Lee, Zander Smith, and Murray Donais in the future. - Dave Taylor More
