From the moment that I walked into their Showroom, I was treated With excellence by all the Staff, especially Ferdie and Murray. They sold me a Brand-new vehicle that is within my budget(Scion iM, 6-speed manual transmission), which also looks awesome, as well as being durable. Thoughout the car sale, Ferdie explained everything about the vehicle to me clearly and concisely – not once did I have to ask him to repeat anything. He is very eloquent and soft-spoken, as well as being very knowledgable about all their vehicles. Also, he gave it a very personal touch by giving me precise training on how to operate all the electronics in my car, as well as helping me adjust the car’s Adio System to my liking, and setting-up Bluetooth for both my personal and work cell phones. My hats off to you, Ferdie, in my personal opinion, you are the best Car Sales Representative in your Company – I wish you a whole lot of car sales for years and years to come.
