I brought in my car for a recall airbag. They charged for wiring issues due to my after market stereo. The microphone stopped working after so I had to bring it in again. They charged me again and said for wiring issues due to my after market stereo. The microphone stopped working after so I had to bring it in again. They charged me again and said they took it apart and everything worked fine. They lied to me because it didn't work before I took it in and worked after. Why do people go here??? More
Test drove a 2014 Dodge Durango on September 19, started off ok I brought up a couple of concerns with some chips in the paint that were showing the metal of the hood Matthew the sales advisor blurted “what off ok I brought up a couple of concerns with some chips in the paint that were showing the metal of the hood Matthew the sales advisor blurted “what do you expect from a used car”, get in the car get told I can have the car for 30-45 minutes I look at the gas gauge and explain I’ll be back in 15 as the suv has 1/8 of a tank of gas. Get back to the dealership and explain sadly there are a few concerns I have and some of the options I want aren’t on this particular suv but the Ford Explorer has a piqued my interest and I ask Matthew what can he tell me about it “not much I’m an import guy” handed him the keys back for the Durango and left and will likely never return. the only reason I give this dealership 5 stars is the only reason I give this dealership 5 stars is because of Mr Ali Monemi .A great man, an honest person with fantastic sells service. He was always the only reason I give this dealership 5 stars is because of Mr Ali Monemi .A great man, an honest person with fantastic sells service. He was always available to help and answer my question.I put an order for a 4 runner and paid the deposit on April.then because of the manufacture issues ,there was a delay on all orders.but they had a Demo 4runner and it was exactly the car that I really want to buy. I asked the sells manager Andy to sell it to me ,because of my old car situation and not having air-condition it was very tough for my family specially my two and half years old daughter. I told Andy about my situation and his response was I cant sell it to you because We do not have replacement car !!?? So,I have to wait ,after a week I went there and talked to him and he said we already talked about it and I do not know when I will be able to sell you this demo car. He said I can not promise you when it will be ready to sell and there is no Toyota 4 runner right now in canada for sell.a complete disrespect toward a costumer. It was completely out of Ali Monemi' hand after all his time and effort he put to get the deal done. Same day I found the same car brand new in Regency Toyota in Vancouver and you might be able to guess the rest. Ali I am so sorry that I could not made deal with you. Andy I am sorry for you that you lost your customer to Regency Toyota .at least have some respect for your salesman and think about it ,he lost a costumer because of you ....... More
This was a very disappointing visit. They didn't perform the work that was mentioned over the phone. They fraudulently wrote on the service papers about work that was not even done. I saw a service advisor the work that was mentioned over the phone. They fraudulently wrote on the service papers about work that was not even done. I saw a service advisor without a masks on and not practicing safe social distancing while having myself and another client stand on his side of the glass to view their computers. The service went well over the specified time that was communicated to me by the service advisor. The service advisor was heard talking to another advisor about how to get out of giving me a taxi voucher and have me wait inside the dealership instead. Lastly, no sticker was attached to my vehicle telling me when my next service appointment is. I purchased my vehicle from Jim Pattison Toyota Northshore and won't be returning for my next one or for any service related visits. Jim Pattison Toyota Northshore totally dropped the ball on cutting corners, unsafe practices and shady business dealings. I already brought this up with Jim Pattison head office so save the standard "we're sorry, please reach out" response. This was a major waste of one of the prepaid scheduled maintenance visits I purchased. What a scam they're running. More
After reviewing my paperwork I noticed almost $6000 was added in optional warranty and insurance packages. I spoke with Renee 2 days later on the phone about the extras as she had mentioned in her office added in optional warranty and insurance packages. I spoke with Renee 2 days later on the phone about the extras as she had mentioned in her office at the time of signing and picking up the car these were included by Toyota and already worked into my rate at the time of sale. At no point did she go into detail, these extras were charged out and what this super plus warranty even covers to which I still have no idea. She advised Toyota Financial made these conditions in order to approve my financing and if I did not want these optional options I would have to return the vehicle and cancel the deal. She also advised if I wanted them removed Toyota Financial would most likely cancel my financing and quote me at a much higher rate or not approve me again. She also advised on Jan 18, 2021 @2pm on our call she would not be able to call Toyota Financial that day as they had already closed for the day and would have to contact them the next day. I asked her to hold off and I would be in contact with her today. I called Toyota Canada yesterday after my call with Renee and spoke with them about the financing and the contract. He advised this was not the case and has opened up an investigation as the info Renee gave me was absolutely not correct. All I am asking is to cancel the optional warranty as stated in section #4 in the contract as I am entitled to with notice to the seller. I have submitted my cancellation request through Millennium Insurance Corporation as they also assured me they had no connection to Toyota Financial and this would not be in any way connected to Toyota Financing conditions of approval. Renee Tsang is a liar and should be fired. I’m still waiting for confirmation these optional extras have been cancelled as Millenium Insurance confirmed they have not received the remittance paperwork from the dealership still and it’s going on almost 30 days since my cancellation request was submitted and confirmed by Renee over email as I won’t be dealing verbally with her. We bought a brand new RAV4 from Jim Pattison Toyota in Sept 2019 and paid over $41,000. At the time of purchase, they booked an appointment for us to take the vehicle in for an “inspection” to ensure that Sept 2019 and paid over $41,000. At the time of purchase, they booked an appointment for us to take the vehicle in for an “inspection” to ensure that the vehicle is functioning properly. To my surprise, they charged me $73 just to tell me it was working fine. Of course it’s fine, it barely has any miles on it and didn’t they inspect it at the time of purchase. I have never paid for an “inspection” of a new vehicle in the past when dealing with BMW. This is what I would refer to as a “money grab” on the part of Jim Pattison Toyota. When I spoke to someone from Jim Pattison, they gave me the usual song and dance - “we want you to be happy so we will pass on your concerns to our head office”. This patronizing response made me even more upset. More
