He wouldn't give me any details on the phone, just insisted we come in. As soon as we arrived it was obvious that all he cared about was getting us into a brand new vehicle so he can get his commission. He wouldn't even waste his time showing us the used vehicles on the lot. Theyre extremely unhelpful More
I went in today hoping to do a lot of research and test driving a Toyota Tacoma or Tundra, the salesman let me sit in one, but not drive it because it was low on gas. He didn’t even offer walk me out or shake my hand. I don’t know it’s because I am a short Asian woman, but I am definitely not buying a truck from them. I am going to another dealership. Wow. I felt like I was treated like dirt today. I was so excited to buy a Tacoma or Tundra, but now I feel salty in my mouth. My friend told me how she loves her white Tacoma and I was excited to buy a black one to match hers, but not that much anymore. I also repeatedly asked the salesman to print out the information he was showing while comparing models and he said he couldn’t print anything and told me to go home and look on the website. It seems so rude and dismissive to an eager and excited customer. I would never go back. More
Don't waste your time here- I was treated dishonestly I can't give Jim Pattison Toyota more than 1 star because of that. As an out of town buyer, I was ready to put a deposit on a vehicle and arrange the can't give Jim Pattison Toyota more than 1 star because of that. As an out of town buyer, I was ready to put a deposit on a vehicle and arrange the travel and expense of coming to them for a test drive. But after several online and over the phone interactions, I felt like I was being hustled. Especially when it turned out the vehicle I was looking at buying online was advertised with features the salesman said it didn't actually include (oops-"the writer must have made a mistake") And then price for this already over-priced vehicle was bumped up by thousands when I made a cash offer in spite of this. To make it even worse offered me several thousands below KBV for my trade in, a 4x4 which is admitedly older but tricked out and in mint condition which I already have offers on. Unfortunately, dishonesty doesn't sell vehicles. I'll avoid them in the future too. More
I waited 27 months after placing a deposit for a Rav4 Prime. Some of that is due to supply constraints, but I found out they were bypsssing me on the waiting list. They offered one to a friend who got o Prime. Some of that is due to supply constraints, but I found out they were bypsssing me on the waiting list. They offered one to a friend who got on the list after me. When I brought this up with them, rather than admit erring and proposing a solution, they obfuscated. Such as saying they didn't offer me a "silver" because I called it "grey". Yet they offered me two or three blacks, which I said I didn't want. Escalating the matter above the salesperson just got me more runaround. I ended up cancelling my reservation and buying a similar car from Mitsubishi. After waiting 10 days. More
Shockingly bad, disappointing, disgusting treatment of customers. Don't waste your time going to this dealership. You will be treated with disdain and disrespect. The only service you will get is "lip customers. Don't waste your time going to this dealership. You will be treated with disdain and disrespect. The only service you will get is "lip service". Maybe they can drum up sales from past reputation but that won't last. Find another dealership. This one is irredeemably bad. I am sad that I have to give them any stars. They deserve none! More
Basically a salesman told me my trade in was worth $1,000 - just from looking at it and saying..thats the way my managers work..they low ball you on older trades I guess..a 2008 bmw 335i with 66,000 KMS and - just from looking at it and saying..thats the way my managers work..they low ball you on older trades I guess..a 2008 bmw 335i with 66,000 KMS and new brakes, tires, no accidents and in good condition. I guess thats the either the "lets rip off seniors pitch" and hope they go for it...or just bad customer service..or both. I buy 1 car a year on average and have never had a sales guy low ball me from just looking at my car. I was looking at a x5 M. More

Oil Change From HellOne would think that a basic oil Oil Change From xxxx One would think that a basic oil change would be a simple task for the service department at an auto dealership…..well not for Oil Change From xxxx One would think that a basic oil change would be a simple task for the service department at an auto dealership…..well not for Jim Pattison Toyota. Back in September, I took my 2019 RAV4 into the service department at Jim Pattison Toyota for an oil change. When I picked up my vehicle after they completed the oil change, it smelled like there was an oil fire inside my RAV4. I went back inside the service department and was advised that they had overfilled my engine and spilled excessive oil onto the engine compartment. I was told that they had hosed off the excess and that the smell would subside in a matter of a few weeks……the oil smell did not go away. I check the oil myself and saw that the oil level was way too high and that they failed to drain the excess oil. I took my vehicle back to Jim Pattison Toyota where they drained the oil to the correct level. However, weeks later I continued to smell oil, in fact the smell the getting even stronger. I popped the trunk and quickly noticed that they did not secure the engine oil cap and consequently, oil sprayed all over the top of the engine and beyond. I then called the service manager (Ian Wilson) who was very respectful and suggested that the engine be shampooed, which it was. My vehicle was ready for pickup at 3:30pm and was advised by the service representative that a taxi would be along to pick me up and drive me to Jim Pattison Toyota. I waited for 2 1/2 hours for the taxi to arrive but gave up and called a friend who gave me a ride instead. It appears that the service department needs to improve their customer service due to the ongoing blunders that I experienced. Hopefully I don’t experience any engine issues in the future due to their negligence. Vito More
