I was provided with all the information I needed to make a decision (eg. the exact amount my trade in was worth, not an estimated amount; the cash back incentive; etc.) Daren was a huge help and very patient. He went through every single aspect of the car and once I bought it, he helped me set it up (eg. connecting my phone to the bluetooth, radio stations, etc. - I'm extremely non-tech savvy). Doug and Anna in Finance were also very pleasant and friendly to deal with and they too provided me with everything I needed to know to make informed decisions about warranty - with non pressure. The insurance people were also very friendly and knowledgable and told me how to save a bunch of money on a different car I own. I highly recommend using this dealership. I was extremely happy with every aspect of the experience. More
