Pricing was very competitive and they were not to be undersold. How I assisted my son in purchasing a new 2017 Toyota Tacoma from JP Toyota Downtown. Pricing was very competitive and they were not to be undersold. However this was really secondary to me. This was the 3 rd vehicle I have bought from General Manager Chris Graham and his team. The first two Lexus from JP Lexus North Shore from Chris and now the Tacoma. Trust me not all dealerships are equal. I helped my sister buy a SUV from Kelowna BMW this summer, and it was a nightmare of lies and deceit, price changing, and ego. Very simply I will not shop or go anywhere else but Jim Pattison Group due to Chris Graham who espouses true ethical core values as a GM. Honesty, integrity, respect, and professionalism. I'm going back for another Tacoma next year for my other son and it will be to Chris and JP Toyota. Added bonus was the dealership was super friendly, low key, and clean. The Finance lady, Anna was first class, the alternate Sales Manager, Paul was fantastic going over the Tacoma with us. Our sales representative Mike was extremely nice and helpful. Mike kept us up to date as to the status of car arrival, for the vehicle had to be brought in from elsewhere. Unfortunately, when the car arrived, there was a small dent on the car. No Problem. Mike and the manager apologizied for the misfortune, and repaired th dent in the next few days. The car looked great. Then the manager treated us to a meal for the family for this inconvenience. And Mike even help us to put the car carpets in, which was somewhat difficult. Thank you! I think it is a great value for the money. Most importantly, the regard I received from General Manager, Doug Lum, and my Product Advisor, Daren Rodillas, and the rest of the team was first rate. I looked at products at two other major brand dealerships and felt like I was being "sold" all the time. The Broadway and Hemlock group were thoughtful, informative and respectful.
