The usual excellent service. I dropped into Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown to see what was available as I needed a new car having lost my old one in a mva. I had purchased a car from JPTD twice before and so was already familiar with their level of service. As soon as I walked into the used car section a sales rep, Photis Sirounis, approached me and asked what I was looking for. I was looking for a small vehicle to replace my 2007 Yaris. I was looking for a used Yaris sedan but none was available. Photis directed my attention to a new 2016 Yaris 6AT sedan in the showroom. He explained it was different from my old Yaris because the 2016 Yaris is built by Mazda. Initially I thought the 2016 Yaris was too sporty looking for my taste but its exterior design and interior look both held my interest. The odometer had only 57 km and the price was right. Photis enthusiastically described the car's many features. I had worked in retail sales many years ago and I can be resistant to a sales pitch. If someone can steer me toward a product and persuade me to buy then I applaud that person's sales skill. This is what Photis achieved in my case. Finalizing the sales agreement was also an excellent experience. Financial Service Manager, Doug Ozey, cheerfully answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Everything was explained and was crystal clear. When I took possession of the new Yaris Photis made sure everything was in order. He inspected the car inside and out and made sure everything was working and spotless. This purchase is my third time in a row with JPTD and each time the quality of customer service was superlative. I came away with a car I enjoy to drive and with a feeling of great satisfaction with the service I received. I came away from the entire purchase experience with an overall very good feeling and good memories. I find the handling of the 2016 Yaris on the road is very positive and sporty compared to the 2007 Yaris. I later looked up the 2016 Yaris on the Internet because I had noticed there was a lot of chrome accents and trim both on the outside and inside the vehicle not usually associated with the Yaris model. Also I found the outside styling and the interior styling reminded me of a roadster/sports car. To my surprise and satisfaction I discovered the 2016 Yaris is the discontinued Scion iA which was designed, engineered and built by Mazda. Whenever I drive my 2016 Yaris 6AT I know there are very few 2016 Yaris' on the road in BC and that people will be surprised that my Toyota looks like a Mazda; what they think is a Mazda or Scion is actually a Toyota. I drive the 2016 Yaris sedan with the enjoyment I am driving a limited production vehicle and that people aren't really sure what car they are seeing. More

When I reach Jim Pattison (JP) ,Downtown I received a professional service by JP team specially by Daren. I decided right that time to buy a car from them and I was offered a Corolla, 2011 with a very good deal and got it. Daren settled all the paper works without any delay and checked the car all ins and outs and arranged for a test drive. With my request he agreed to change engine oil with big smile. I got some good warranties and two tickets for oil change one with $10 and 2nd one for FREE!!!!! I am driving the car. The car is in very good condition. I am happy to say JP is a right choice and I am with complete satisfaction!!! More

We starting working with Daren Rodillas in August 2017, when we test drove a Prius. We returned in November 2017 to test drive a Prius once again as well as a Corolla IM and C-HR. We really liked all of the cars and Daren was very knowledgeable about them all, describing their key features and answering any questions that we had. Daren is friendly, personable, and passionate about his work. Ultimately, we decided to take advantage of an end-of-year deal on the Corolla IM, and we are very happy with our purchase.
