Mike was very professional and very knowled I bought my new 2018 4Runner Limited a few weeks ago from Mike and Chris at Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown. Mike was very professional and very knowledgeable about the 4Runner. He showed us the different trim levels and the different features and options on them. They had several vehicles for us to look at and compare. We also went on a test drive and he showed us how the different features worked. With the help of Chris, we negotiated a great deal on the 4Runner. They located the color and trim level that I wanted. The 4Runner was ready in a few days. Anna in the Finance office explained everything very detailed around the purchase. The car was clean and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up.
