Hello Leanne, I am sorry that you were dissatisfied with the level of service that you received on your recent service visit. Our team did our very best to accommodate you. Your vehicle was dropped off without an appointment and we managed to perform the service for you on the same day. Regarding payment options, we are now set up with Kimoby which is a system that allows our guests to pay their invoice ahead of time should they choose to. This convenient option makes it quicker for our guests to pick up their vehicles and the adoption rate has been tremendous so far. I am genuinely sorry that our Service Advisor forgot to lock your car. Your vehicle was in plain view of our security cameras and nobody entered your vehicle other than your Service Advisor. Our Service Manager, Kevin, apologized to you and I have also reached out and left two apologetic messages on your voicemail.
