Only gives you details about the car if you ask specific questions. Other sales representatives seem nicer and they were more willing to help. In the end, I did not feel comfortable buying from this sales rep and did not trust him. too bad because I would have made the purchase if he was more helpful. More
This is in addition to my comments of March 30,2012 as I finally received my Avalon on April 26 2012. The COURIER COMPANY LIVINGSTON INTERNATIONAL (hired to transport vehicle from Vancouver to Saskatoon) tr finally received my Avalon on April 26 2012. The COURIER COMPANY LIVINGSTON INTERNATIONAL (hired to transport vehicle from Vancouver to Saskatoon) tried their best to not follow the lead of service and concern shown by Mr Grant and the Pattison group as the vehicle did arrive. The vehicle was as good as advertised by the Pattison Group and drives like a dream. As I will be servicing the vehicle in Saskatoon, I can guess the service at Pattison would be equal to the service and professionalism I received during the sale. RECCOMEND;; YOU BET More

Have you ever come face-to-face with the Smirk? No? Me neither until I went to Jim Pattison Lexus. What is the Smirk? It is a smug look on the face of a sales person that says "I have judged you and con neither until I went to Jim Pattison Lexus. What is the Smirk? It is a smug look on the face of a sales person that says "I have judged you and concluded that you are wasting my time." I went into the dealer with my wife and two daughters looking to test drive a Lexus RX350 to see if it met our needs. After waiting about 10 minutes a salesperson approached us and with Smirk firmly in place reluctantly agreed to show us a demo model. We told the kids to climb in to see how they liked it. One is five years old and placed her little shoe on the edge of the seat when climbing in. This got her a sharp and loud reprimand from the salesperson to keep her shoes off the seats! Even though I was already put out by the delay and the salesperson's attitude, I asked for a test drive. After adding an eyeroll to the Smirk, the salesperson said "Are you going to putting in an offer today?" I won't be pressured into a sale and said no, we'll test drive it, discuss it at home and if we decide to put in an offer it will be later. His response was "I am too busy right now to give you a test drive - you will have to make an appointment and come back another day." Guess what ... there was only one other customer in the dealership lol. Needless to say we left without making his suggested appointment. The bright side in all of this is we immediately went a couple of doors down to North Shore Acura and the very friendly salesperson offered us a test drive of an Acura MDX. It is a wonderful vehicle that unlike the Lexus had third row seating, a more powerful engine and was about $10,000 less than the Lexus. We bought it the next day. So maybe I should be thankful to Mr. Smirk at Jim Pattison Lexus because without his "help" we would never have even thought of heading over to Acura. More
