Bad Experience I had made a deal for a 2011 Lexus 570 with my 07 Tundra for trade in for all in $50,000. The handshake done, c.c.deposit made, cheque written, deal done with Leo Lin ! or so I thought.. I was just waiting for P.D.I and plate changes when I was approached by General Sales Manager David Jones informing me that the deal was off and handed me my cheque back and no further offer was made or attempted. David Jones has a poor attitude this reflects bad on the proud JP sales organization as a whole. More

Upon entering I was greeted by Cody and was immediately impressed by his professional friendly manner. His product knowledge helped me navigate my insurance claim - I now drive a 2015 RX. Cody encouraged me to seek help - as I am a senior he gets lots of questions, which he patiently and willingly explains. More
Don't deal with salesman Cody or service department. Bad experience in dealing with salesman Cody on a used Lexus car purchase. He was very pushy from the start, then reneged on a service agreement on the car less than one day after it was agreed to, then threatened to cancel the deal and keep my $1,000 deposit after I inquired about body shop work. The only thing that Cody was upfront about was stating that the car had been in a minor accident, which is required by law anyway. I took the car to the service dept. to have a loose dust cover replaced about one year after purchasing it, and a promised one-hour repair became a four-hour repair. I waited with my dog throughout this repair and was offered a Lexus coffee mug for my trouble by the service man I dealt with. Big deal! The least he could have done was knock $50 or so off the quoted service price for this major inconvenience. I have not returned to Jim Pattison Lexus since then, nor will I in the future. They have lost a once-regular customer. More

The guys at Lexus were extraordinarily helpful, professional, and polished. I went in with my wife to look at leasing a used RX 350 SUV and was instantly greeted by a member of their sales team (Keith). He took the time to explain the product thoroughly and was not pushy. Despite the fact that we did not end up purchasing the vehicle, I was very impressed with the quality of presentation. I would highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends. More
When in to purchase a new is250.Trade in vehicle was a 2010 rx350 in mint condition. When the sales team went to look at my rx350 they came back and said there was a scratch on the front passenger door an 2010 rx350 in mint condition. When the sales team went to look at my rx350 they came back and said there was a scratch on the front passenger door and rear door. This car just came out of the body shop where all dents and scratches were fixed. Someone at this dealership damaged my car so they could offer a lower trade in allowance. Don't deal with these people. More

Erick was very prompt in contacting me, and we were able to find a vehicle to suit my needs within days. Dale ensured that the vehicle was in immaculate condition for me, and he was extremely helpful in clarifying what a warranty extension would include. The areas that I would have preferred better service were: one of the managers advised me that a warranty extension was "bumper to bumper" which turned out not to be the case. I'm glad I didn't go with it, because had I found that out after the fact, I would have been quite upset. And I feel like I should have gotten more for my trade-in or more off the price of the car. In the end, however, my experience was great and I love my car. Dale and Erick were particularly helpful. More
