When I decided to purchase a vehicle, Kurtis was there for me day and night with all my questions and worries. He made sure I understood everything and made it seem like I wasn't buying a car as he took everything on his hands to assure my full satisfaction. I also dealt with Peter (Finance Manager) and Farhaan (Sales Manager). Both were so helpful and went out of their way to make my experience such a breeze. Not only was my experience wonderful, but I love my new Ford Focus, the drive, the comfort and much more! W This message is in regards to our shopping experience at Jim Keay Ford. To start, I have to admit that not all Ford dealerships are created equally. We had been at an other Ford dealership, just before coming to Jim Keay and had been extremely disapointed. Nonetheless, when we arrived at Jim Keay, we were immediately greeted by friendly staff who did not pressure us in buying when we were not sure what we wanted just yet. All our questions were answered with kindness and humour. The relaxed approach was very much appreciated. Furthermore, they gave us time to think about what we were looking for and even lent us the car for a few days to try it out since it was a manual transmission. This was a new experience for us. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Even after noticing, at pick-up, that one of the back seats was not working properly, they fixed it promptly. As for the Sales manager, she lent us her personal car, a Lincoln, for the day as ours was being fixed. Thank you, to all the team, especially Sara and Riley for the excellent service and experience.
