I had already researched the type of car & make before going there. I wanted a 2016 Ford Fiesta which had high ratings for a small car.They only had the sedan on the lot so decided to test drive it. From the time I entered, to the final pick up I was met with friendly & helpful service personnel. Carmelo Vito was patient in answering all my queries & even came with me to my home to see if the car would fit in my driveway. He has a way of making one feel relaxed & comfortable while making such an important purchase. When I picked up the car, Carmelo took the time to explain the functions of all the dials & switches. I really appreciated this as it had been awhile since I had a new car. Peter Maloney handled the finance part & he also was efficient, friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend these two men to others. More

Our salesman as well as main point man, Rod McLeod along with Pre Owned Sales Manager, Chris Dugal and Business Manager, Peter Maloney handled the task beautifully. All paperwork was ready when we arrived from Gravenhurst yesterday. The vehicle familiarization was thorough yet sensitive to our timeline of leaving Ottawa at a decent time for our 5 hour drive home. More
Don't expect an appointment for service I rarely go to Jim Keay Ford for my service because I have always found their service policy and procedures to be very inefficient. But today, I had a recall that needed to be done, so gave them another chance. Unfortunately, they proved once again that they don't care one iota about customer service. They refuse to make actual appointments for service and expect EVERY customer to drop their vehicle off for the day. Even if you are pressed for time, they will not try to get your car in and out quickly. And I believe they don't even use a first-come, first-served policy. They tell every customer to expect their car around five o'clock. When pressed about this policy (that is the opposite of customer-friendly), the service reps simply shrug and say that's the way it is. I went back and picked up my car mid-afternoon - without the recall done, because I needed it. Another customer with the same issue was there waiting for her car to have a recall performed, and it had not entered the shop either. Because of their poor customer service, I will not return, and will never purchase a car from this dealership. More

I've since purchased 6 vehicles from Jason Keay and his team because of the level of service I always receive. I drive to Orleans from Kinburn simply because I can't find the same level of service from any of the dealerships in my area. It's not even close. They've even come to my house to pick up my vehicle for servicingand left me with a car or truck from their lot so I wasn't without a vehicle at all. I would highly recommend Jim Keay to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. You won't regret it. More
