My husband and I have very little experience buying cars, and had never financed a used vehicle, but Kurtis was very helpful and made the decision incredibly simple. I came to Jim Keay Ford with mechanical issues with my Ford Fusion back in the summer of 2016. I had previously went to other dealerships for 2nd opinions but was very unhappy with the service (hence why i chose Jim Keay) She Provided EXCELLENT customer service. She definitely went above and beyond every single time. I have dealt with Jennifer on numerous occasions from oil changes, to winter tires for my new Ford Focus and I am VERY pleased with the service I have received from her.
