We had an immediate and very positive email response from Kurtis di Cioccio, the Internet Sales Manager, answering the questions we’d asked about the car, and inviting us for a test drive at a set time that same afternoon. At every stage, it was an absolute pleasure to do business with Kurtis. He is unfailingly courteous and extremely professional. We were particularly impressed with his detailed knowledge of the Kia, even though it was not a Ford! Kurtis is a good listener and quickly understood the kind of specifications we were looking for in a vehicle. With his encouragement, we were pleased to look at a couple of comparable Ford models while we were in the dealership, and were very impressed with their quality, while nonetheless eventually purchasing the Kia. Kurtis negotiated for us an improved trade-in price for the vehicle we were selling, and obtained and arranged fitting at a very acceptable price of a couple of extras for our new vehicle. From start to finish the purchase went smoothly and we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from Kurtis. He was able to answer all our questions, and processed all paperwork very quickly and efficiently. His sense of humour even helped us through when none of us could figure out how to open the fuel filler cap! Bad experience, not once but twice In 2013 I was looking for a new vehicle. Went into Jim keay and the sales rep was very nice but acted as if she didn't care to get a deal done. Didn't In 2013 I was looking for a new vehicle. Went into Jim keay and the sales rep was very nice but acted as if she didn't care to get a deal done. Didn't want to take much off the MSRP. She called me about a month later looking to make a deal but I told her I ended up buying a 2013 KIA sorento from 417 KIA. This spring I was looking to buy a Ford Focus EV, unfortunately the sales rep and I couldn't come to an agreement. I waited for better customer incentives (about 2 months) I emailed him and asked if we could talk about making a deal. He told me would get back to me but never did. I then phoned a different rep and left a message but no response. I bought a Nissan Leaf instead. It seems this dealership is not willing to work with the customer to make a sale. No problem, many other dealerships in the city. I wonder how many sales they have lost due to their arrogance. More

JKFL was only one of 2 auto dealers I had a really great experience with. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rod through out those months and he was great every single time we interacted. He was patient and accommodating when I looked at the vehicle 3 different times, was very willing to come to a fair deal and he was great when I was constantly asking questions, making requests while my vehicle was being brought in. From the very beginning of our interactions to the delivery he was simply great in every regard. Initially visited the dealership to test the waters among a plethora of other dealerships we planned to visit looking for an Escape. Brian welcomed us and was able to give us a detailed review on the 2015 Escape, which we took for a test drive. Despite the fact that we were in the process of moving from out of province, Sarah and Brian were able to accommodate us in every way possible. We ended up committing to the deal later that day. We were directed to Peter's office for financial drafting, where we received honest and candid offers for aftermarket supplements such as rust control and extended warranties. We ended up purchasing one as a result of Peter's personal testimony, which has turned out to be a great investment for the vehicle. Finally, when we came to pickup the vehicle the following week, Martin was there on the weekend to quickly close up the deal in all financial aspects while Sarah provided me a due bill for future parts I required that weren't currently available. All services provided at Jim Keay Ford were efficient and professional, yet provided in a warm, friendly manner. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any potential vehicle buyer. I will undoubtedly be returning to this dealership for future servicing and any further purchases I may make in the future. More
