Top Notch Experience Woodley is everything a salesman should be. Since i was coming from Kingston most of the deal was done via email and phone calls. From the beginning of the deal Woodley was honest and quick to respond to email and phone calls. I told him what i was looking for and he delivered. I have dealt with many dealerships and this was the first time buying a car was hassle and stress free. Stephan (sales manager) and Peter (finance manager) were also excellent guys to deal and with. There was a delay on my new vehicle from the Factory so Woodley sorted it out and i could not have been happier. On pick up day Woodley came in early to accommodate my travel time and busy schedule. He was thorough and went over all the paperwork. When it came to the New Vehicle he took the time to show me how everything worked and made sure i was set up and good to go. For once in my life- buying a car was a great experience! Until my experience at Jim Keay I felt like buying a car was something I hated to do. My husband and I had been looking for a used Ford Escape. We did our research and then went to several dealers. Totally disillusioned and frustrated by the attitude and lack of customer service we encountered we were ready to quit. Then, we crossed town to the east end to Jim Keay Ford. The experience with Sara Major was amazing! The used car Sales Manager, Chris, was great too. We found exactly what we were looking for and for a decent price. The day came for pick up of the new car...Ruby. To our surprise,Sara gave us a tutorial on all things Ford Escape....I never had a car with so much technology....it was a nice touch to spend the 45 minutes with us making sure we felt comfortable. If you are tired of the usual 'horrible' experience that most people have shopping for a new car, make the drive to Jim Keay in Orleans and ask for Sara. You will be glad that you did!! The customer focus is beyond the call of duty and I for one will be servicing my car there too despite it being across town. Kudos to you Sara and the great team at Jim Keay Ford. Thanks a bunch!! We thought and fell in love with Kia rondo in reviews I told the dealer at Jim Keay Ford its a (Ford) dealer if a Kia rondo walks in we are in and would you believe the next day in one comes being traded at that dealer location. We loved it. Thrilled and bought it. Sarah was amazing, patient, explained everything worked on some special deals and we became the proud owners of the Kia Rondo. But the story continues: Unfortunately to our heart break in less that four months of ownership our daughter totaled our Kia. She is Ok, all are ok but not the Kia.. Dealing with insurance company, Under a time crunch missing what we had, trying hard to find a replacement is stressful. . Even thou its not a Ford, Jim Keay Ford Orleans went out of their way to help us, to find a replacement and are promising to continue to do so until we are happy. As for as now we have to settle with what we can find. Maybe trade in later. They helped us and they can help you. Sarah you are amazing!!! Deal with you any time. Thanks for caring. More
