There was a delay on my new vehicle from the Factory so Woodley sorted it out and i could not have been happier. On pick up day Woodley came in early to accommodate my travel time and busy schedule. Totally disillusioned and frustrated by the attitude and lack of customer service we encountered we were ready to quit. Then, we crossed town to the east end to Jim Keay Ford. The experience with Sara Major was amazing! The used car Sales Manager, Chris, was great too. We found exactly what we were looking for and for a decent price. The day came for pick up of the new car...Ruby. To our surprise,Sara gave us a tutorial on all things Ford Escape....I never had a car with so much technology....it was a nice touch to spend the 45 minutes with us making sure we felt comfortable. If you are tired of the usual 'horrible' experience that most people have shopping for a new car, make the drive to Jim Keay in Orleans and ask for Sara. You will be glad that you did!! Miracle Our family was thinking to replace the old family car 2004 ford tarsus wagon. We thought and fell in love with Kia rondo in reviews I told the dealer at Jim Keay Ford its a (Ford) dealer if a Kia rondo walks in we are in and would you believe the next day in one comes being traded at that dealer location. We loved it. Thrilled and bought it. Sarah was amazing, patient, explained everything worked on some special deals and we became the proud owners of the Kia Rondo. But the story continues: Unfortunately to our heart break in less that four months of ownership our daughter totaled our Kia. She is Ok, all are ok but not the Kia.. Dealing with insurance company, Under a time crunch missing what we had, trying hard to find a replacement is stressful. . Even thou its not a Ford, Jim Keay Ford Orleans went out of their way to help us, to find a replacement and are promising to continue to do so until we are happy. Positive experience I traded up to a 2014 Escape. Sarah is probably the best salesperson I have dealt with. Purchases in the past were sometimes close to nightmares, wi I traded up to a 2014 Escape. Sarah is probably the best salesperson I have dealt with. Purchases in the past were sometimes close to nightmares, with surprises, hidden costs, etc, but Sarah made it positive. She is very amiable yet a total professional, knowledgeable and thorough. If she didn't have an answer (which was rare) she went out of her way to get it. She put all the costs, major and minor, on the table. She knew the vehicle from front to back and she took her time to demonstrate everything and answer all questions and concerns. Sarah couldn't find the specific vehicle I was looking for without factory-ordering, but Jim Keay bent over backwards to finalize what I thought was the best deal on one that had a few extra things that I didn't order, and did it quickly so that I could take advantage of the current promotions which ended a day later. On the service side, I had one troubling issue, but Jim Keay himself intervened to settle it to my satisfaction. From my experience I would definitely recommend that if you are looking for a Ford, see Sarah at Jim Keay Ford. More
