I very sorry to hear that you had such a hard time trying so speak with a service advisor and let me assure you that what you experienced is not the normal way jim keay ford lincoln opperates. I understand the frustration of waiting on hold and having to call back just to speak with someone and that is why if you have not had your vehicle serviced as of yet i invite you to allow me to take care of what ever it is that you need done at your earliest convenience. If you have already had your vehicle in for service elsewhere again i applolgize and can only hope to being able to serve you againg in the future.

We do not know why in this instance that it took as long as it did but it is not conventional and it is indeed something that we very much regret.
